Lake house vacation rentals in Chesuncook Lake

This was our second time at the property, had a great time ice fishing with our kids! Vicki was very helpful and great to deal with!

We had a great stay beautiful views and location. There was plenty of parking for all the toys and trailers and loved having the boat lift. The blackstone was a nice edition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Only regret was not booking more time.

What a wonderful time we had. The location is even more beautiful than the photos show. The home was perfect for us. We loved the beautiful yard and access to the water. We went for trail runs and bike rides, a moose tour, canoeing, and stargazing. The kids and dogs were in the water daily, the grown ups almost as often! The kitchen and bathroom are immaculately clean. No bugs like another guest had mentioned, none! The washer and dryer worked great and made for a huge time saver when we were back home unpacking with clean laundry. Breakfast on the screened in porch was lovely. Tracey was an excellent host and we would be very excited to join again in the future. The kids said it was the BEST spot ever!

Rachel's house was a perfect place to stay for our short visit to Millinocket. It was easy to find...basically equidistant from town and NEOC...and the house cozy and nicely equipped. Our stay was remarkably quiet and peaceful and the views from the back windows/yard were amazing - indeed, the ~6" of snow we received on the final morning provided an idyllic setting.

we all had a great time snd hope to stay there again soon! location is great and easy to access. we were granted early check-in which was extremely helpful!

Kevin and Cathy's place is spotlessly clean and in a pristine and serene setting. Great location on the lake with views of sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen and baths appear to be renovated and are in spotless condition with lots of supplies. We really didn't need a thing. There was never a need to reach out because instructions and pre-checkin in communications had already answered everything. We didn't use any of the many kayaks (a bit too chilly) but we did enjoy the firepit. We like the layout, with bedrooms on the top floor and living space downstairs - adults could sleep in while kids were free to have breakfast and play downstairs. I can't think of anything to add or change about this lodging. It was a wonderful visit.

Loved our stay at Loonhaven. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is scenic on the pond and very convenient for entering Baxter SP as well as getting back to town. Enjoyed getting out on the pond with the provided kayak to see the loons and using the fire pit. We planned our trip kind of last minute and Debbie was accommodating to work out the timing. Would love to visit again.

House is beautiful! Sandra was very responsive. Sitting on the front porch was lovely.

Lots of space for our family to hangout together. Very comfortable king sized bed. Loved being able to drive just a few miles to skiing and walk to shops.

We were looking for a place to call home base for hunting camp. We have family in the area but wanted our own space and somewhere to host dinners at night. A great place. We would use again.

The home was wonderful. It was fully stocked with a great layout. There was plenty of parking, with direct trail access from the door.

A snowmobilers paradise! This house has a huge yard for trailers with trail access right from the backyard. Short snowmobile ride to fuel and a repair shop. This house is perfectly located to ride on many different snowmobile routes. I would suggest grocery shopping before getting to the house as there are only small convenience stores close by. All large grocery stores as 45 minutes or so away. All around great spot! We will be back!

The place was very clean all amenities were good. The host was very proactive with communication made sure everything was going well during the stay. Trail acess for snowmobile's was extremely close.

Second time at Michael's place in Rockwood. Fantastic setting and the home was perfect! We will be back again soon!

It’s was perfect! The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Large front yard right in the lake! The area was quiet and perfect to walk our dog!

We so enjoyed our stay in this little cabin close to all the amenities we were looking for. We made a last minute trip to the area for snowmobiling. Krystal was very responsive with communication and assisted with the booking. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. We loved the fact we could bring our dogs with us to, however this time they stayed at home. We'd loved to come back for another stay perhaps in the summer and then again next winter for more snowmobiling!! Thanks again! P.S. We never did find all the moose, bear and elephants in the cabin! Beautiful location, felt right at home. Billy was great to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Had a book for local recommendations.

We had a great stay at Abby’s home. Abby greeted us upon arrival and gave a quick run down. The home is a classic older farm house as described in the listing. We appreciated that Abby gave us a great suggestion for viewing the eclipse right from the front yard. She was right, we had a great view and enjoyed the porch and the Adirondack chairs. We loved that we were within walking distance for downtown. We appreciated the location of this home! We also appreciated that Abby offered some leftovers and was always available through the app or by call/text if we needed anything.

This is a great location! Cozy accommodations with all that you need. Highly recommend.

The main reasons why we chose this place are that we could bring our dog and that we love to swim. The pond is beautiful, the water is warm, and the bottom of the pond is sandy with some rocks. However, the area along the pier has been cleared of rocks, so there’s no problem getting into the water. Please be cautious on the steps leading to the water, as they can be slippery.
