I had an absolutely wonderful three weeks in the Summer House. The living area was cosy with a great view, the kitchen had everything you could need and Sandra was always happy to help with anything, including recommending the most stunning walks for me to go on! To top it off, Tommy the cat is so cuddly too. Definitely thinking of coming back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay xx

We stayed here as we had an early flight from Manchester Airport. Its a lovely place nice and cosy. Plenty of off road parking space. ideal for a Only a few minutes walk from the village centre which is really nice and quaint. There are plenty of places to eat. If we fly from Manchester again or need to be in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Margaret and Steve are wonderful friendly hosts..Very welcoming and easy to contact and speak to. The bungalow is cosy and very comfortable, and had a wonderful sleep over the 3 nights stay. A beautiful touch by providing milk, bread, jam, tea, coffee. Totally recommend staying here and would stay again.

I highly recommend the coach house. It's comfortable & warm, quiet, has a full kitchen, good wifi, comfy bed, a hot shower, and parking. Bella & Zia looked after us very well during our 3 week stay. Buses to the city, a Tesco extra, cafe & restaurants are all a short walk away, and it is a short drive to the city.

We had a lovely stay at Jason and Sophie’s place. Really good transport connections into town via the bus and lots of free parking on the street. Amenities exactly as described. We went just before Christmas and with the heater, the room was more than warm enough! Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here after cycling from Manchester to visit the area. The accomodation has everything need, with a well equipped kitchen, shower and comfy beds. Also, the outer area is perfect for an evening BBQ, chatting by the fire, or looking at the stars. It's perfectly situated in the Clwydian Range with some amazing cycle routes/hikes right on the doorstep. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when next in the area!

I stayed here with friends for a local wedding and we were stunned by how beautiful this place was- had absolutely everything you could need, sofa bed was so comfy, host was amazing and very quick to respond, and we thought the place looked better in real life than the pictures. 100% recommend!

Photos don’t do it justice! Even better in person. Very detailed folder of all the hosts recommendations was also a really nice touch and helped us decide on what we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful stay at the Garden Bothy. The place looks even better than the photos and was full of all the essentials and even more! Rachel really paid attention to the little details in her bothy and made our stay feel really special. Rachel was a super kind and responsive host and put in the most efforts to accommodate us and our stay. Definitely the best place I have stayed at so far on air bnb and I can't wait to visit again!

Second time staying at Sue's place and was top draw again, really enjoyed the festive touches!

There are not enough superlatives to describe Ty Haf, or the helpfulness and kindness of Joy and Richard. This is very much the gold standard when it comes to running an Airbnb, whether it was the detailed information sent in advance, the extensive welcome pack, the generosity with their time, or going the extra mile (literally so, when Richard gave us a lift to the start of a beautiful, snowy walk that brought us down the valley back to the cottage). We only stayed a cold and wet long weekend in November but our hosts’ warmth and that of the wonderful log fire (made up by Richard every morning) kept us going. We definitely want to return for longer, maybe at a warmer time of year.

Excellent accommodation, I have stayed here 3 times which I think speaks volumes. Everything need for a stay if working or exploring the Stoke area. James and Sian are fabulous hosts. Remotely put the heating on so I can back to it being cosy warm. Definitely recommend.

we came here for my partner’s birthday and we were so so impressed - steven showed us around on arrival and explained everything, made us feel very at ease :) beautiful garden and the house is stunning, very clean and well presented - we really enjoyed ourselves, very private and comfortable, we will definitely be back! :)

We can’t fault sorrel’s place. It was spotless, in a beautiful area, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Easy to find, easy to check in, fabulous instructions for the shower and the shower was so hot and roomy. We did local walks and went into Llangollen and we visited chirk castle. An absolutely fabulous stay and we will definitely return!

Having been in Manchester for the past 5 months working , I cannot fully recommend this gem of a place to everyone, peaceful, pristine, beautiful, helpful, quiet, home from home , I don’t think you will find anything like it anywhere else in Manchester. Looking forward to getting back to my second home in 2025. 🙌🏻

Lovely little annexe in the beautiful northern countryside. Private and well decorated little house, with exposed beams throughout, and entirely separate from hosts’ residence. Stephen was responsive and helpful throughout, and allowed for us to arrange a late checkout after a bad night’s sleep. Home exactly as lovely as described and would happily book again / recommend to others.

Modern but cosy and very clean - would stay again. Pretty location and responsive host. Milk, biscuits and tea on arrival very welcome!

As a host Charlie and her family were fantastic. They were really welcoming and extremely helpful. The Annex is beautiful with everything I could wish for and more. My stay was perfect and my two dogs loved it. I only wish I could've stayed longer!

Lovely hospitable hosts. Cozy apartments where you feel at home. Everything necessary for everyday life is here. A sauna and an incredibly cozy patio with a barbecue are available in the apartments. The location is in the center of town close to the supermarket and the Llangollen & Corwen Railway. There is also a rafting center in the town. It was convenient for us to stay here for a few days and visit the national park, see the waterfalls and enjoy outdoor activities with the children. Highly recommend!
