We had a great week at Bob's villa, an extraordinary villa with amazing panoramic views. To do as a group, everything was functional, clean. Meow and Tee's responsiveness is remarkable. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you!

The villa is beautiful with the most amazing views. You can easily access Chaweng or fisherman’s village. I recommend using the taxi service they recommend. The villa is located on a very steep hill but their taxi recommendation will take you to the door. The villa was very spacious. We spent New Years in the villa and it was brilliant. There is also a restaurant on site that delivers food to your door. My only feedback would be for the sun loungers, some were tired and well used and I’d recommended upgrading to loungers that you can recline. The host was very responsive throughout from booking and during our stay, when we had issues with AC it was fixed quickly.

A beautiful villa overlooking the sunrise. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail - modern with elements related to Thai culture. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the entire room is perfectly clean. Laundry facilities can be used, which is useful for a long stay. The access to the villa is steep, so you have to have a 4x4 car, but it's worth it for such a view. Fon is very kind and communicative. Staying at her place was wonderful.

We give Villa Indu Siam the highest possible rating! Davide, Anna, and the team provided service beyond our expectations. They responded promptly and assisted with everything, from booking taxi services and massages to offering great recommendations for attractions and restaurants in the area. The villa was impeccably cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If we return to Koh Samui, we would gladly stay here again.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Amazing views and villa. Absolutely breathtaking, the villa well equipped. The only thing we struggled with was no washing machine..... as a large family we accumulated lots of washing but in saying that when we asked about washing facilities, the cleaner took it away and returned it all pressed and lovely. The infinity pool and outdoor area was relaxing and beautiful, we spent lots of time out there.... if it's windy though, can't use. Overall our stay was fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

We were so pleased with our stay at Villa Mandra. A very good welcome and an incredibly nice villa with a very large and beautiful pool. Very clean and nice. One in our group had a birthday when we stayed there, so we ordered breakfast and a massage which was arranged without any problem, later Nikki came with flowers with a card🥰 We couldn't have been better. Big thanks to Nikki and Pu who are fantastic at their jobs!🤩

Nick's accommodation was beautiful. It matched our needs as a group perfectly with some additional touches from Nick's team (Nok and Roger and Kate) that made it even more special. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The view of sunrise and the whole area in the morning was amazing and so peaceful. His team were so responsive giving us local tips and helping is out with pick ups from the airport and local recommendations. Overall brilliant. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

Where to start This was the best Airbnb we stayed at Fantastic house with spacious pool nice rooms and everything to high level of quality! The absolute extra are Mahd and Kai who are there to help around the house and also make the breakfast everyday. They made us feel like home and where always very helpful The house is located at the hill just to know not every taxi goes up there but must highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at C Villa. The house is beautiful- all the rooms are very well sized, the bathrooms are modern and the layout of the house is perfect for a big group. The common areas have a lot of seating, the pools are wonderful and the location was perfect for us. We frequently walked down to the beach and restaurants are located very close by. There is a steep hill up to the house, but we had no issues with cars not being able to drive up. We also walked up the hill most days, which was totally fine! Su, the housekeeper, is an absolute angel. She took such good care of us! The house was always clean and tidy, and she helped us tremendously. And Adam, the property manager, was fantastic before and during our stay. He helped us with anything we needed, organizing excursions, tips on what to see and do, and it was fantastic to have someone available on site that was so hands on and responsive. Our experience with C Villa and all the staff surpassed our expectations..

Having just returned from our stay in Villa Roxanne (two families of four), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was exactly what we after to allow us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Ko Samui. The villa itself is well stocked with things and we used the local delivery service to get certain food and drink delivered. The views were stunning from the sun loungers and whilst we didn’t use the rooftop terrace on an evening, no doubt others will. Having read the latest description of the place, it’s quite accurate and Cindy was very helpful with questions we had before booking and after as the listing had no reviews, and was helpful during stay.

From all our Thailand vacation, staying at this property was the best. It just fit everything. Nice and quiet but not far from all kinds of bars and restaurants. Perfect views from the mountain over a large part of the island, but by scooter a maximum of 15 minutes to various fantastic beaches. You can easily spend the whole day in the house with pool and gym or explore the island all day with your scooters. For us, the place was the perfect solution for all our needs. Chit was always available and without exception fulfilled all the wishes we had. (Upon arrival by ferry, we only had to pay 1200 baht for our minibus for 12 people for over 20km. Take care.)

Its a wonderful Villa! Highly recommended. The Villa is on a hill with stunning views to the see. The beach is only 5 min walking. The whole villa is so beautiful with many tropical spots to sit and enjoy. It has a great architecture and all the rooms are nice. The city part is only 10-15 min away with the car. So its a quite and calm gared community. Btw there is an amazing gym only 5 min away. It just opened. We felt very comfy especially because of the staff. They are so friendly and nice. The food from the chef was authentic thai and also very good. Max was a great villa manager, very helpful and always reachable. Thanks again! We will be back.

Super nice host, was always helpful and responded to all questions! The villa is super nice and quiet, has a beautiful garden that is super nicely laid out and maintained! Otherwise, you can get to lamai from there in 6 minutes by scooter. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be quiet but without much effort.

We all really enjoyed our week stay at Paul's villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable and was peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views across the ocean and over to Koh Phangan. The two infinity pools were spectacular and immaculately kept. The ladies who greeted us and cleaned the villa were lovely. Wifi was fast and reliable for us to work online without a hitch. We decided not to rent a car, so had a 15 minute walk down (and back up!) a hill to shops, restaurants and the beach, which was at times challenging and not recommended for children or elderly (or the summer months). We would definitely stay again or recommend Paul's villa but next time would rent a car. My only suggestion would be to have a hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. Thank you Paul for a memorable holiday!

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

Staying at Casa Pia was an absolute dream. We felt right at home. The pictures correspond to reality. The villa is very tastefully decorated. We stayed there for 6 nights and would have liked to have stayed longer. Audrey and Eric are great hosts, very helpful and super friendly. Gave us tips and also provided a scooter. We can highly recommend this place!!!😊

We really enjoyed our stay at the jungle villas. The villa was very clean, beautifully decorated, good value, and it felt peaceful and safe. We arrived at dusk and had some trouble finding our villa on the property. It would be really helpful if there was better signage and outdoor lighting to clearly show the location of parking and the villa number. We also found the WiFi to be unreliable and often chose to use the data on our phones instead. The pool and surrounding area is very beautiful and relaxing and the owner did a great job renovating these units. We highly recommend booking a stay!

It was a very nice stay. We stayed for a week and the bungalow is perfect for longer stays. It's beautifly designed and the pool + views from the terrace are great. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped regarding pots and pans - there was not much more possibility other than preparting breakfast. Also a towel change during the week would have been nice. The communication with Florance was easy. So all in all it was a wonderful stay and we would recommend.
