We had an excellent stay in Bemus Point. The lake view is really special and the location is perfect. Tom was a great host and responded quickly to questions about the coffee maker, internet, etc. It is a nice little unit. It seems to be an older unit that was partially refurbished. It was clean and cozy, but still shows its age in some spots. It was a great value and the 3 of us were very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. We had a great time visiting for the Eclipse. Highly Recommend!!

What a great stay!! This apt had everything one could need. It was a wonderfully stocked kitchen, clean, quiet, and Lyle had left thoughtful touches (and he was a great host!). Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Westfield! Walkable, multiple events happening in town during our 4 week stay. Jodi’s in-laws, who live in the house side of the apartment, were so friendly and informative about the area.

I have stayed at Laine’s place several times! When I return next year I will definitely stay with Laine if available. It’s a great location and a super awesome host! I Highly recommend Laine’s place!!

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Our stay was great. We hadn’t planned on spending so much time in the house, but we got snowed in! It was a perfect spot for a memorable vacation. Lynlee was an excellent host, getting us plowed out and communicating well. Everything is very clean and the place is well appointed.

Terri's place was really nice! She had thought about what we might need by having new toiletries in the bathroom and snacks in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was nice for our getaway. We vicited the comedy museum and the luci desi museum, which were very close and a very fun time.

It was fabulous! Space is super tidy, bright and lovely! Close to pier, beach, restaurants! The hosts were probably the most friendly and responsive hosts I’ve worked with. So happy with my stay, will 💯 be booking again when I have a chance to visit Dunkirk.

The home was very cozy and perfect for a getaway for my husband and me. We enjoyed having the bikes available so we could ride around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

I felt right at home. Charlene is an awesome host. House rules were clear and completely reasonable. The property is peaceful and serene, I would definitely book with her again.

This is a great place! We had previously been staying at local hotels when we came to visit, however since discovering this rental we will opt for this location whenever we can. It is just as described, and even roomier than it looks in the pictures. It is nice and clean, and has everything you need. It was a cozy place for us to be for our winter stay. (I imagine with the tall ceilings it would stay nice and cool in the summer.) It is also a very convenient location, being close to the grocery store. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend!

Great central location for visiting Western New York. Route five was a block away. You could also walk to the lake. Carrie was friendly and offered many nearby suggestions. Residence was very clean and fresh with no Febreze!

Pam was a lovely host and had plenty of recommendations for things to do, and her place was super peaceful! Lake Erie is not to be missed, and Buffalo is only an hour drive away so I’ll definitely be coming back to see more of it in the warmer months. Pam is wonderful to talk to, as well; we had a bonfire on the beach to stargaze and comet watch on my last night. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I came during the off-season with the intent to be a bit of a homebody and just read with the waves of the lake in the background, and that’s exactly what I got and more. It’s a gorgeous area when all the leaves are changing and even though I didn’t meet too many people, the people I did were very friendly.

Very clean and nice place. Location is excellent. Kristin is an amazing and responsive host would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The place is very clean. I didn’t smell cleaning products with synthetic fragrances, instead the place is clean and fresh. The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to downtown. Easy to get to the highway. Gg is very knowledgeable and provide useful information of local events and travel recommendations. When my 80 years old mother in law come to visit, Gg is kind and provide tremendous help. We are very grateful and couldn’t be happier. All of appliances are function well. The garden view is very pretty with two very beautiful trees in the yard. It is peaceful to sit at the deck and enjoy the beautiful view. I definitely will want to come back and stay Gg’s Airbnb again.

Lakeside spot with instant beach access. The place is quaint and cute. Nice that it has a parking spot and a grill to use. The place has a decent bed in one bedroom and one that has seen more comfortable days in the other. I tried the TV and had problems getting content to load. Could have been user error. The shower was great, good pressure and temp control. The AC units kept the place nice and cool. I had a great time!

Kyle was very responsive and the location was in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Chautauqua Lake. Also, the town of Westfield has nice Antique shops and restaurants.

Search NO FURTHER!!!! This place has everything from amazing & friendly hosts, to a beautiful view of the lake, and to the small details such as umbrellas, scotch tape, and scissors! The bathroom medicine cabinet had first aid things, Motrin, bacterial wipes, simply all those small things that are easy to forget from home. This Airbnb is definitely worth every penny and we will keep it on the top of our list for when we travel to NY next time.

The overview of the logistics of attending Chautauqua that Judith provided was invaluable. We were able to hit the ground running like old pros and make the most of our visit!

This was our third stay here, it is home away from home. The area offers a lot to do, and the people are very friendly. Looking forward to next year in Westfield NY.
