Super clean, good space for our group of six! Close to New River Gorge and other towns. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I rented Myla's place in Lookout for the first 2 weeks of December, so I had a lot of time to settle in and get comfortable and really "live" there (versus just a night or two). The pictures of the place are 100% accurate. The house had everything to make it really feel comfortable and like a home. Myla even had Christmas lights and a Christmas tree! The things I really loved about the place was the outdoor space and especially the hot tub--it's so nice to sit in a hot tub when there's snow on the ground. I also really enjoyed and used the fireplace almost daily--it really made the place warm and cozy and there's nothing like a fireplace in the winter. I worked remotely during my stay, and the internet connectivity/speed was great--no issues having my 5 different devices connected at the same time. The location was in a very private and peaceful spot, but very close to the New River Gorge Bridge, hiking, etc. I will definitely look to make my way back in the summer!

Great little house on the river front, hot tub was wonderful as you watched out of it to the river, there was 1 family camping close to the river that made it a little not private but they did have blinds to lower but then it took away from the view until after dark when they went inside for the evening then you was ok to put up the blinds ( this was the only thing we wasn't fond of). Nice bathroom area, very roomie. couch was inviting to sit & watch TV at night as well as there was TV in both bedrooms. We made use of the fire pit to make s'mores after we got the fire started..would recommend some fire starter things or you'll have to gather smaller sticks, dryed things to ignite things along the walking area. overall it was a great time away. we will definitely stay again.

Christina’s place was fantastic! We are locals who always look for a local short term rental to celebrate our son’s birthday. This house was a gem. The boys enjoyed the game room and theater room both. We watched the fight all together in the theatre room and all fit on the huge sectional couch. The bedrooms are all spacious and have nice big TVs in them. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but it looked very inviting. Christina was very accommodating and friendly. Communication was perfect. We hope to come again next year! Thanks Christina!

Very clean home in a great location! The only issue we had was with the driveway. It was a little steep and bumpy, but we made it up even in our 2 wheel drive car.

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend at The Gaines Estate and everything is super walkable. The fire pit was perfect for hanging out with our friends and family in the evenings. Everything was super clean and the house was cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Airbnb and host! We had so much fun skiing nearby and relaxing with the Airbnb amenities. We especially loved the theater room and the hot tub. Would totally recommend this place and will even try to book again in the future if we’re back in the area. Thanks again for hosting us!

Wonderful stay, we were in town for Christmas to see family and friends. This place was clean and not far from town and surrounding areas. We are from Huntington but moved to Sc 2 years ago and I think we’ve found our new spot to stay from here on out. The house was clean, quiet and had all the basic necessities I really enjoyed the coffee bar, the decor was nice and having a Christmas tree in the living room really made the kids happy. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed staying at Dennis's place again as we traveled back from seeing family at Christmas. I wish we could have stayed longer. The comfortable furnishings and decorations made me feel relaxed and "at home." Dennis welcomed us when we got there and gave helpful instructions along with the sheet with details that is there for guests. There were plenty of snack bars and a coffee station set up if you wanted a pot of coffee in the morning. It was a great to stay in such a welcoming home!

Great place to stay for the price. was perfect for 4 day snowboarding trip. Had everything we needed, was warm and cozy. Parking is not as bad as some say. Nobody is speeding on that road and there were cars parked a good ways up the street like that.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, peaceful and roomy. Kitchen with everything you need. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the surrounding area. Debra was very responsive, when we needed to extend. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Angela and Derrick's AirB&B. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday during a snow storm. The house is beautiful and Angela is very hospitable. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Christie’s place was awesome! We felt right at home. It’s very well located, close to restaurants, park and the hiking trails. There were a lot small details in the house we loved, board games, puzzles, photos of local sights. Kitchen was very well equipped, not some cheap stuff but real, useful utensils. Beds were very comfy. Christy was a great host, very responsive and understanding. We had a great time!

Sherry has a beautiful home with a large pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The interior was spacious, clean, and well decorated! It felt like a trip to the beach without leaving the mountains. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation around Fayetteville.

This place was an amazing winter get away! Still did some hiking and enjoyed the hot tub. Made the trip easy for pets with the fenced in yard. Walkable to restaurants. We loved the Gaines estate and Erin’s place we definitely want to come back!!! 10/10 review

Absolutely amazing Airbnb, wish we could give it more than 5 stars! Not only is it an incredible stay in an actual airplane hanger, but Ashley and her husband have included every amenity you can think. From the indoor fireplace, tvs, and stellar decorations, to the outdoor pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit, you’ll never be short of things to do. We loved watching planes come and go on the private airstrip, we can’t wait to come back and book a flight on the biplane! Highly, highly, highly recommend checking this place out for yourselves !

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

We had an incredible stay at Christina's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Christina was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for local attractions. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the best restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Christina's place to anyone visiting Putnam County.

It was a great time getting our large family in one location for a mini-vacation to go tubing at Winterplace. It was fantastic and great to drive back to this well equipped home away from home. The pool as phenomenal, just as pictured, however, you can't picture how welcoming that water was for a 5 year old to a 70 year old. I certainly would recommend this spot for your next family get-away.

Valorie and Jim were the best hosts! So friendly and helpful. We ended up adding another night extra day and they were so accommodating. The house was beautiful and very peaceful. We had to come to town for a funeral but just being at their place eased our stress and worries of the outside world. My only regret is we weren’t here before they closed the pool for the season. It’s beautiful. We will be back!
