House vacation rentals in Charles County

This location was perfect for us. We came for a car show at Maryland international raceway, which was only about 30 to 40 minutes away from this air bnb. Lots to do and good area👍🏼.

We had an amazing stay at Anthony’s place. The hosue was beautiful and inviting. Plenty of space and the decor was outstanding. We will most certainly be renting this property again. Anthony was an awesome host and was quickly responsive when I had a question. I highly recommend this home for a stay.

The place was absolutely perfect. She made it easy to get access when we arrived. She made us feel welcome with the home. Everything was in perfect condition. We had a great time and would recommend Judy’s place for the perfect stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bath towels felt new and fresh. We loved the place.

Host was very friendly, very responsive and very helpful. Place had expansive windows with beautiful views of the Potomac river and it was very relaxing to be there. Only complaint would be that some of the place was a bit dated, but that did not significantly impact the overall positive experience for us.

We had a great family vacation at Three Minnows! The house is beautiful and well suited for a family with three kids! My kids were in the pool everyday and played at the playground many times. The restaurants nearby are very good, affordable, and so close - most are a five minute (or less) walk away from the house. We loved our time at Three Minnows and would definitely come back!

Beautiful house and very kid-friendly! We loved having two playgrounds right outside our door and had fun walking to the beach and restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve rented. Jenn is very informative and thought of everything. From kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and crab pots, to all the high end soaps and kitchen amenities, we couldn’t ask for more. The home was clean and comfortable with great views out of almost every window. Bird watching was fantastic! We saw eagles, osprey, loons, and even a swan. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Thank you for helping us make memories.

Virginia's home was perfect for my family. Very spacious and offered all the amenities of being home. It was clean and nicely decorated. The back porch was perfect for relaxing and morning breakfast. She responded quickly when I had questions and gave detailed instructions when checking in to make the process very simple. When in town again we will definitely return here. This place was just like the photos in person the Host Demetria was the best host I have worked with in Airbnb she is very helpful very sweet and very responsive when you reach out my daughter and cousins were very satisfied with her sleepover and she didn't want to leave....This place felt just like home away from home... Nice size bedrooms and the decor was beautiful I am definitely booking again in the future....Thank You again Dee your the best. Loved the entire house.

We stayed at John's place in Colonial Beach, VA visiting parents in town. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. This time of the year (winter) there is not much to do in Colonial Beach but house was walking distance to the beach and to coffee shop and restaurants. One last note - loved the beds ... super comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are in town.

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful area. It's in a community, not close to restaurant's or activities. It's a great place to relax at night. Beds were comfy, great shower and kitchen area. Very spacious. Truly appreciated the accommodations on our late check in Can hear the family upstairs as mentioned but Hashim and family were quick to quiet down the kids in the morning, so not a problem. Would happily stay here again.

Very beautiful and spacious home, was able to accommodate 12 people without feeling cramped. Also responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

The accommodations were great. I would recommend this place to anyone. They checked on us to make sure we needed anything and a contact number to reach them. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I would stay here again the next time I visit.

We stayed for several weeks at Florentino’s and it met our needs very well as we had specific requirements based on medical issues. It had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, no interior stairs and only 3 stairs from outside to front door. It was convenient to grocery & restaurants, shops, and post office nearby. Also convenient to Ft Belvoir. Though on a main road, we didn’t find the traffic noise to be a distraction and overnight traffic seemed minimal. Florentino responded promptly to any questions or concerns (we had few) and was always helpful. I would recommend to others visiting the area!

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

Dani is very kind and responds almost instantly to any question! The instructions are very thorough and the home is well-kept. Definitely a 10/10 experience for someone like myself that was visiting Virginia for the very first time! Dani is the best in the game for sure!

Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!
