Vacation rentals with a pool in Chapel Hill

This townhouse was very spacious and well-appointed. It was very clean and uncluttered. We particularly enjoyed having the use of the garage for our car. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay again.

The house is located within 10 minutes to the airport and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. David communicated and responded quickly to any of my inquiries. Can't wait to visit again.

We had a great stay - the house is spacious and beautiful. The screened in porch was fantastic, and the pool/backyard are like having your own private oasis. Thuong was a great host - very responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had another great stay Clarelys's place! We've stayed 2 years in a row and greatly apprciate the handicap accessible features of the home such a ramp and grab bars in the master bathroom. It's a lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

My siblings and I stayed at the house for several days while visiting family in Apex. We found the home clean, comfortable, and roomy. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks and minutes away from grocery stores. We didn't have any problems with the house during our stay, but Roma kept in touch with us and was easy to contact. Although we spent much of our time visiting, the house was a wonderful place to return to for a restful night and a relaxing morning!

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The backyard was beautiful and location was so peaceful. The house itself was cozy and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels to dry off after an afternoon in the pool. We extended an extra day to soak in the beautiful house and property a little bit longer. Huong was super responsive. We’d love to come back in the summer.

I spent about 5 months at Michael’s place. He’s a great host and the Airbnb is clean, furnished, and has great amenities and a beautiful courtyard. The location is incredible. It’s right in downtown and walking distance to many restaurants. I’d be happy to return and even extend my stay if I could.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

The property is great - perfect for a couple visiting Durham. The old Pearl Mill condos form a very pleasant little community. People are friendly, the landscaping is pretty (we got a nice early dose of spring!), and the location can’t be beat.

Clean space with comfortable beds and Amanda was quick to respond. It's located in a quiet neighborhood between Raleigh and Cary with a short drive to restaurants, parks, and downtown.

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.
