Apartment vacation rentals in Chapel Hill

Funky/fun little apartment- just what we needed for a quick trip- close to lots of restaurants and sights..... While the complex gives off an older vibe, the apartment was well-appointed and clean. Communication was prompt and helpful- I tried to rent it for UNC Graduation in May, and it is already spoken for... It appears to be solidly booked throughout the spring.. If given the opportunity or need, I would book again.

We chose to stay here because it is in walking distance to the Dean Smith Center. We did have to cross the busy highway but we did so without any problem. The house is tucked in a nice wooded neighborhood. The suite was just like the pics and was modern, yet cozy and comfortable. The couch is so comfortable that you sort of melt into it, the bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. My husband wasn’t sure about staying in a suite in the lower half of someone’s house, but it felt very private and very safe. We did hear the owner’s dogs a few times but it didn’t bother us at all and it gave more of a homey feel. There are plenty of food and shopping options within a short drive, which we took advantage of. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Chapel Hill!

Quiet and clean. This place met our needs. We enjoyed the backyard space too.

Blake's place is an excellent choice in Durham - 2 blocks from Central Park and the Durham Food Hall, less than 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and bars, and less than 15 minutes to 15-501 shopping and the highway. You're in the heart of Durham, without the crowds and noise. Blake's communication was excellent- he responded immediately when we had a couple of minor issues. The apartment is well lit and comfortable, with a good kitchen. The work area was comfortable for a few days behind a desk. The heat and hot water were excellent -- and much needed after an unexpected cold snap in Durham. I grew up in Durham and have stayed in many AirBnB's there. This is my favorite so far.

Perfect place for our visit. Nice yard for the pets. Velina was very helpful and easy to contact.

Justin’s place was great. It was in a great location, and was about a 10-15 minute walk to Glenwood. Justin’s place is beautiful with the old windows and lots of natural light! We would definitely stay here again!

If you want a place walking distance from downtown Durham that has the essentials, this is a great place! We loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. There is a farmers market nearby! We had one small issue while we were there, but Dewitt was fast to respond and remedy the problem. We were very impressed.

Look no further if you are in this area. Ryan’s space was perfect. Accommodations were more than enough. If you need it they have it. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Our stay at Pamela’s was wonderful. The suite was very clean, looked exactly as the photos did. Her place was great for an adult stay in that it had everything you could need in an apartment. The space was adult friendly and allows for guests to enjoy the hot tub and have friends over if they wish. Pamela was nice enough to leave flowers for us at our stay. The suite felt safe and secure. The suite was easily accessed and the covered porch was a great spot to relax. I am still fairly new to AirBnB, this residence is labeled as “entire home” and it is in the sense that it has all you could need. However, this is a finished apartment/basement connected to the owners house. Inside, you will be able to hear TVs playing and walking around the house. But those noises weren’t loud during our stay. The only other complaint is the drivers in the neighborhood, they drive extremely fast so watch out before you hop out of your car. We loved the stay, would go again! Thank you Pamela!

A great spot very comfortable accommodated the three of us with no problem. Beds were super comfy linens were super clean as well as the studio apartment.

Gorgeous place! Had all of the essentials and amenities I wanted and needed. Endless variety of walkable restaurants and stores. I didn’t want to leave!!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam & Rachel's place. It was just the right size for the two of us. The home is very welcoming & made us feel right at home. Their home was central to all the places we visited which was super convenient. We even went by Raleigh to visit the Historic Yates Mill County Park that was only a 27 min drive. Their home is walking distance from Isaac bagels, (highly recommend). The neighborhood can look sketchy but then you see lots of people walking throughout the day. We never felt unsafe during our stay. The home does have 2 connecting neighbors, one on the side & then below. We had no issue with sounds & didn't even notice the others staying. The home provided great amenities that we utilized during our stay and was true to what they stated. The bed & couch were very comfortable. We actually fell asleep on the couch one night while watching TV. Overall our stay was GREAT! I would definitely book again if we were to ever visit again. Thank you for hosting us

I had high expectations for this place, and they were exceeded. It was perfect in every way: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, great location, quiet, wonderful hosts. Thanks for a great stay and I will be back for sure.

Cozy and well appointed loft right near NC State campus. Walkable to restaurants and bars and Pullen Park. Good stay for solo or couple.

Cute and clean little studio apartment. Great amenities were provided. Perfect little place to stay for a quick weekend trip to Raleigh.

Wonderful stay ! Looking forward to being back. Felt right at home and loved the local touches. FYI there are stairs into home so keep that in mind if you have limited mobility. I am so glad I found this Durham gem to stay in for my visits to the area.

Both units were beautiful, spacious and extraordinarily clean. It is walking distance to Wegmans and other food places in the area. The host, Marianna, was incredibly responsive and flexible. I would absolutely recommend this house and book another stay there!
