Vacation rentals with a patio in Chantepec

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for a quick getaway to ajijic. Lilia was great in accommodating a quick turnaround reservation and answered all our questions. Our only regrets was having to leave so soon- but we will be back :)

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything I needed or wanted to do was a 5 to 10 min walk away. The restuarant below was great and had jazz on Wed and Sat. for a couple of hours during dinner. It has a view of the lake in a distance. Thanks Delia for all your help.

Lizet was very responsive, and made sure I had a safe check in. I was having some difficultys and she went out of her way to help, she was polite and the house was very clean and and well lit. I had a great night in after going for a latte and some tacos. thank you for letting me stay in your home. I look forward to coming again.

It totally matches the description and Hestia was always aware that we were comfortable in addition to providing all the necessary information for both our arrival and departure. I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

The place has some common areas with a view of Lake Chapala, the pool and terrace are very pleasant, enough for the people we were, the bedrooms are separate and have bathrooms, some insects and spiders are in the house as it is located in the countryside so you should be attentive. Overall we had an excellent time and the price paid was very good with what is expected.

Mirna was attentive at all times. The home is very comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable temperature. We will definitely comeback!

This is a very comfortable home within a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walk into the center of Ajijic and there are enough amenities in the immediate area that you don't have to wander far to go to a great restaurant or grab some simple groceries. The Tuesday organic market is a five minute walk and well worth a visit. Casa Linda restaurant is just down the street and is excellent.

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and checked multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. He also came by to meet us in person. His place is like your own home. He has provided everything you would need except food. All the little things like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, even dish and clothes detergent. All of his furniture and appliances are good quality. There is filtered water which is a big plus. We have already made reservtions to stay next year as a place like this is rare. Thank you Juan for providing such a nice place.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. The hosts are super attentive. We needed one more night, unfortunate they had already rented those days, and super friendly they supported us to get another stay. A first-class attention, they recommend places to eat, visit. Super recommended!!!

La Floresta is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and about a 20-minute walk to Ajijic center. The unit was very comfortable, and the manager is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Lila Elana was a wonderful host and bent over backwards to ensure a great stay. She was very prompt to respond to questions and requests. I would certainly recommend her and her place.

This is my 2nd time at Christian’s place and it was even better than what I remembered. The condo is so clean and tidy. From the bed linens to the bath towels everything was freshly laundered. We used all the amenities, the pool and the outdoor kitchen were great. Christian was always available to answer any questions. Will certainly come back soon!
