Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Channel Islands Harbor

Great, very short stay at James's. I liked it so much I reserved a future night while I was still there. The space is private with its own entry. There is a bedroom, living area, little "makeup" nook, and bathroom. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Nice sitting area in the patio in front of the entry. The cost is a bit high for me, but worth it for my special trips this month.

Great little place!

Joel's place was perfect for our 2 night destination wedding stay. Joel responded immediately to our needs. His place is well appointed with a gourmet kitchen, coffee and a few little extras that made the visit special. The home is quiet and an easy 10 minute drive from Ojai. We would absolutely stay there again in the future.

What a beautiful home and view! We stayed at Matthew’s place to celebrate my daughters’ birthdays and it was perfect. The second floor balcony has stunning views day and night with lots of seating. The home is very clean and decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 6 people. We spent most of our time in the second floor living room with expansive windows overlooking the city. What a stunning hilltop location with panoramic views. Thank you for making the entire process seamless and memorable. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful, modern home within an quick walk to the beach. Wonderful amenities that kept everyone in our group busy and having fun, beach equipment, ping pong table, board games. Meredith is an awesome and responsive host.

Kerri's place on Santa Clarita is amazing. It's an adorable house with two bedrooms, a large living room/dining room and a great kitchen with amenities. We sat on the front porch every morning enjoying the sunrise and drinking coffee. Her place is walking distance to downtown Ventura with easy access to the beach! You can actually see the ocean from the front porch. This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. Kerri was a wonderful host, so friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again if it's available!

Fantastic location less than a block walk to the beach and lots of food options on Seaward. Nice to have plenty of parking space and a backyard. Plenty of living space and stocked kitchen, although we spent most of our days on the beach. Easy checkin and checkout.

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

Very clean and comfortable place. Eva was patient with me when I miscommunicated about the date of my stay, and was very clear about her expectations.

Oscar was really nice and helpful the place was absolutely wonderful and clean exactly what we expected me and my family couldn't ask for anything better I would recommend him i thank him for all he's help and support he gave me and my family the neighbors are really nice as well and oscar accep my emotional support dogs him and hes family made us feel at home

Highly recommend this place! It’s a short drive or a few minutes walk from downtown. It has a very relaxing vibe with cute decor and lovely light during the sunset. Check-in was easy. I hope to come back!

This is our third stay at Angela's lovely home. My daughter and I are very fortunate to have found this Airbnb as it is located in one of our favorite spots in the world - Westlake Village. We love the close proximity to the lake and all the wonderful shops, cafes, and restaurants. The house itself is the definition of coziness. My favorite thing to do is take my coffee out onto the little patio in the morning and look at the lake. Thank you Angela for being such a gracious and welcoming host!

David and Ed are excellent hosts. We stayed for a week while visiting family in the area. Their condo is conveniently located, and the complex is well maintained and quiet. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and overall has everything a guest might want. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We so enjoyed our stay at Rozas place! The private beach access was great, the complex was quiet and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Great layout! Roza was very friendly, answered any questions quickly and was very helpful offering to suggest things to do in the area, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
