Great place to stay! Walking distance to so many awesome places. Only 20-30 minute motorbike ride to great temples and mountains. Very clean and updated bathroom. I stayed for a whole month and had no issues.

We loved our stay. The host was so helpful and responsive. Even picked us up with our luggage in her car from our old air bnb and helped us check in. The building is gorgeous. Great pool, gym, location. Apartment is spacious, bed is comfy, everything clean. We had the best time.

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ombra house! We had plenty of room for our group of 7, with lots of space for our family to gather in the living room and dining room, and plenty of comfortable beds to choose from. After walking around old city all day, we loved jumping into the salt water pool in the evenings! Charlie and Jennie were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. They helped arrange transportation for us several times. Highly recommend for big groups!

Highly recommended apartment! Great host, responsive and willingly and quickly, help with everything we asked for. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment but the host responded quickly and explained to a taxi driver where the exact location was. Don't let the outside old look of the building fool you, this is a clean, tidy apartment, with a homey feeling and you can see that the host has thought about the small details to make the stay pleasant. Want to mention the local neighborhood residents for the better, smiling people, welcomed us well even though we were the only foreigners, there is a neighborhood small market with very tasty dishes, 7/11 very close by. It might be more comfortable to get around with a car but we got along really well with taxis. Definitely a recommended place.

I had a great time for 2 months; fully equipped kitchen, everything present to make the stay pleasant. Drinking water will be delivered to order at a bizarre low price. Washing machines and dryer on the ground floor but I went to a laundry shop around the corner. Behind the building, off the main road, is a nice typical Thai neighborhood where I have walked wonderfully through the winding streets

The location of the condo was good. Few family owned restaurants close by. Ten minutes walk from Maya mall. Lots of good places to eat and a lot to do. Condo was as described. Had a washer and can be set for a 15 minutes wash which was great. Had a separate bedroom which was nice for privacy with a firm (hard) bed. Also sofabed in the main area. Building had a very small gym without free weights. Pool was average size. Overall the condo was nice and I would go back again. My only recommendation is that all the kitchen utensils, plates, dishes are old and not clean. Also, there were only 2 bath towels in the entire condo. We are 2 adults and we stayed 8 nights. No kitchen towel or hand towels. I requested 2 additional bath towels but took two days to receivedue to slow communication. No smart TV. I recommend you bring your Chromecast or firestick if you want to watch your shows or stream YouTube or Netflix.

Well, what a fantastic experience. I don’t know where to start. A five star experience from start to finish. The hospitality of Ae and her team - brilliant. The location - brilliant. The free airport ride and daily breakfast - brilliant. The traditional Thai tree house was just perfect. The best Airbnb stay I’ve had for a while. Thank you for having us 🙏

Pretty good location, surrounded by various internet-famous shops on Nimman Road, designer shops, good horse kill chicken next door, there are many massage shops, just slightly poor sound insulation

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

The location is good right on Nimman Road, the home is very tidy and clean, come back again next time.

If you come to Chiang Mai and want to be in the middle of everything but still want to have some peace and quiet and a wonderful outdoor area to relax in, this place is perfect. We felt so at home. We loved the big swing in the living room as well. Our daughter loved it, too. Cinema feeling! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. On the day of our stay, Bill was warmly greeted, let us have the feeling of going home, the space is very spacious and comfortable, the space is very spacious and comfortable, it is full of artistic atmosphere, I can't help but imagine that the host must be an artist, and the cleaning is clean and tidy. The kitchen and all kinds of bedding are fully equipped. Bill also has enough mineral water and all kinds of drink snacks for us. The whole stay is also very comfortable, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe to get around, there is also a swimming pool in half a minute walk, the water quality is also very good, it is a special home, it is very suitable to bring the whole family to stay on vacation!

This was honestly hands down the BEST Airbnb accommodation I’ve stayed in my life from all the travels I’ve been to different parts of the world & also the best in Chiang Mai! The home was super cosy & it felt so comforting entering the home to feel right at home. There were plenty of amenities available & the place was walkable to a lot of places in the area & it was right in the Central Area of Chiang Mai. Host was very responsive & helpful & gave us recommendations as well! Check-in was smooth & easy with clear instructions, parking on-site & overall it was an amazing experience! We almost didn’t want to leave the Airbnb just because of how comfortable everything was! 11/10 would recommend!

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

this is, for Thailland standards, very spacious for 1 or 2 people, it was clean and well taken care of. It was close to the night street market and about 15 min walk from the supermarket and loads of restaurants and shshops. the only negative was the shower, there is not a lot of water pressure and the water was warm(ishhh) but really not what you'd call hot, borderline of a ccold shower. Honestly, that was the only negative.

Kate and Max were some of the kindest most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure to stay with in my years renting through Airbnb. They made my partner and I feel like family, and were very attentive to all of our needs while we stayed. We stayed here a month and our only regret was that we could not stay longer! The condo itself feels open, luxurious, and matches the pictures exactly. You can really tell that the decor, art, and appliances have been curated with care. The location is conveniently close to the Maya shopping mall and popular Nimman neighborhood. It has a more local vibe than the old city (which is 10-15 minutes away via taxi), and there are numerous delicious and affordable food options nearby. The internet is fast and worked great for me as a remote worker. I hope to be back soon so I can stay here again!

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
