520 Neil, Heart of Downtown Champaign

RyanRating, 5 stars4 months ago
I had a wonderful stay at Royse + Brinkmeyer at 520 N Neil St, Champaign. The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout my visit. The condo was impressively well-equipped with top-notch kitchen supplies, including basic seasonings and condiments. Quality linens were provided in abundance, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the furnishings were of passable quality, they looked good and new, perfectly sufficient for my needs. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition, but I made do with my portable projector. An extra set of keys or fob, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, and more hangers would be helpful, but these are minor issues considering everything they did right. Overall, this was one of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The building was beautiful, the rooftop views were excellent, and the gas grill was one of the nicest I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

Contemporary Spacious Basement near U of I!

AidanRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Omar’s Air Bnb was wonderful, he was such an amazing host. Not only was he so friendly and helpful, he really makes you feel at home. The space was so comfortable and relaxing, and it was an overall a lovely place to stay for a nice weekend. The instructions could not be more clear and the host more accommodating, I would definitely recommend staying if ever the chance and I would definitely come back if ever possible.

Cozy 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath House by Hospitals & Park!

The house is cute and very suitable for a family to live. It's close to UIUC and very convenient if you want to visit the campus often. The furnitures are modest but enough for every day use.

Cozy Cottage on Mumford

LaurenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Brian’s home was perfect. Our family of six stayed one night for a U of I graduation. The home was very clean and well decorated. We walked in and instantly felt comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing! We all slept so well. Plenty of parking in the driveway and a nice pool for anyone lucky enough to stay during the warm months. We would absolutely recommend Brian’s place and would stay here again when visiting Champaign/Urbana. The house is a 10 minute drive from campus.

Award-winning, newly built eco-home

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a wonderful stay we had at Adapthaus!Nancy was a very gracious host. In addition to great communication, her house was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and the house is an eco-friendly dream!! My husband (a graduate of U of I’s School of Architecture) and I completely geeked out about the home’s adaptability and the fact that it surpasses net energy. We’re driving back home now and discussing ways we can continue to incorporate more eco-friendly capabilities into our 135 year-old Victorian gray stone. Thank you so much for sharing this house with other families. Hopefully, it will inspire others to net-energy living!

The Parlour House | 2 Blocks to Campus + King Bed

KristiRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a great stay at the charming Parlor House. We were in town for a December graduation, the location was terrific close to campus, student's apartment, restaurants, groceries, U-haul. House was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well supplied, sadly we were busy with ceremonies and moving so we didn't have time to enjoy the basement game room. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet, a Christmas tree, outdoor lights and other decorations were a festive touch.

Quiet Fully Renovated Modern Mid-Century Home

This is a great house, brand new remodel, and sparkling clean. The beds were super comfy with wonderful fluffy comforters and lots of extra blankets. The washer and dryer are brand new as are most of the appliances, including a cordless vacuum for spills. We want to stay here again!

The Caesar - Champaign 3 bedroom house w/ garage

BethRating, 5 stars19 months ago
The home was clean and just as described. It was located on a busy street so the road noise could be heard inside the house. It did not cause any issues for us but could imagine that it could be an issue for light sleepers. Host was responsive and accommodating! We had a great stay.

Historic house, with great location.

JohnRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We stayed here for Homecoming with U of I Alumni. The house was nicely updated and had a hip vibe. The furniture and design were cool, and the kitchen was up-to-date and modern, though we did not cook at home. The house had an office with its own bathroom, which was one of the many unique features. The home matched the description well, and the neighborhood was quiet and full of families. We would stay again.
