Cozy Comfort in Central Champaign.

Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants. The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed. The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop. The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

When renting the full home you will have access to the kitchen, cookware, plates/glassware for 12, small drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, and mixer. The home has 2 bathrooms, as well as access to the washer and dryer. The home is 1,200 sq. ft. There are 2 bedrooms and a nursery. A raised, Serta queen-sized air mattress is available on request. A smart tv (with access to Xfinity Flex TV, Netflix, and Disney+) and wireless internet is included. Towels and linens are included in the rental. 1 small dog is permitted, but if there are any accidents in the house, a cleaning surcharge will be assessed. The backyard is fenced in, and food bowls can be made available on request.
