AMAZING!!!! TRULY AMAZING HOST. Kaian was an amazing person, and help with everything we needed, so much kindness and attention! I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay at! Amazing space, clean, huge, beautiful garden, great recommendations! I can’t emphasize enough how amazing Kaian made our vacation! I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at Kaians!

The villa was great for my husband and I. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The villa is not walking distance to shops or the beach so I would advise renting a car (as we did). Jeffrey was very responsive and stocked our fridge with beverages for our arrival. The house is centrally located and was 15 minutes or less from most of the places we went.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

Leslie and Jason are a class act and extremely helpful and communicative. The properly was amazing and they both took care of us from start to finish in every way. This is the first time we took an out of resort experience in Providenciales and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

Hopewell Villa is a fabulous home away from home. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location close to Grace Bay, nice pool, comfortable beds, super clean. Very helpful owners. Great value, highly recommended.

Beautiful and peaceful cottage has everything you need. The shower outside is total bliss. Karen is a great host she had me and my dad over each morning we would go on a run come back relax and head out for the day. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had at your place 😍

We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe with the security gate in addition to the e-lock. We liked the layout of the houses, such as the front porch and the patio, the clothes line, the pool location, etc. We also made good use of the available beach accessories. Although there were few minor issues, which Shanwell handled competently, we believe it's a great value accommodation. We're very pleased with our pick.

Had a great time. Very roomy for our family. Nice quiet part of the island. The pool is great! May checked in frequently and added pool toys. Recommend!

This place was Amazing ! Exactly as shown . Look Good Smelled Better , the pool was our highlight we didn’t even make it to the beach lol but the host was very responsive and communicated very well . I would say you need a car but the host was very helpful with calling me and my wife cabs when we needed . But I would definitely recommend , I know I’ll be back soon and when I do hopefully this place is available lol but yea 10/10

This place is very peaceful and a much more privprivate environment than a big hotel or resort. Michael and his wife were very helpful and responsive and made our stay very comfortable. We really enjoyed snorkeling at smiths reef and relaxing at taylor bay beach. Both of them are only about a 15 min drive from Michael's place. kayaking down the canal to the ocean was also a great experience. There are 2 double kayaks provided for guests. The pool and patio area with the outdoor couches and lounge chairs were also very comfortable. Michael provided us with 2 beach chairs, cooler, beach umumbrella and beach towels. I highly recommend bringing snorkeling gear because the reefs are amazing on Provo and the water is very clear. We can't wait to be back soon.

As dog lovers, I have to start with Buster greeting us. He was one of the best parts of our weekend getaway. My wife’s camera roll is loaded with photos of Buster. He welcomed us, guided us to/from the beach and Da Conch Shack. Made us feel right at home! Emma’s place is one for the books. The apartment itself was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! Away from the tourist areas but close enough to everything. Thank you for creating a beautiful space to escape to. It was the quiet, peaceful reset we were looking for. We definitely plan on coming back.

I will definitely return to this property. Everything was perfect and I had everything I needed for a magnificent stay. I will be recommending this property to everyone I know. Thank you so much I felt right at home.

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

We loved our stay at Danielle's place. The space was very clean, lovely AC, a really functional kitchen and some spices (and we like cooking). The bed was so comfortable- we slept 12 hours the 1st night. The car, as mentioned was great to be included. We did rent a Jeep one day to some remote beaches with rough roads. It was so kind to include the car we didn't we want to rake a chance. Our focus was on snorkeling and the beaches, and the included beach bag (very sturdy), umbrella, chairs, cooler (very effective), and blanket were great. Glad I read in a review to use the pool noodle, because that was fun to float on! For snorkeling, so convenient: Coral Gardens/Bight was 5 min., Smith Reef 10 min, collection point for a booked trip 10 min. Grace Bay / restaurants are right there. Grocery so close Graceway Gourmet (more $) 2 min, IGA (medium $ for TCI), Sonny's (cheaper) 10 min. Shopping area 3-5 min. Lovely info shared about everything to do, see, and eat. A great place!

Peter’s condo was AWESOME, perfect location in our opinion. The condo looks right out onto the pools & hot tub is steps away, we enjoyed both nightly. Wonderful local restaurants… Baci (Italian & pizza) , Mango’s (fresh fish amazing!) Sharkbite (awesome pub food & fab bartender….ask for Nene and tell him Pierre & Brandy sent you!) And the value of having the rental car included was a big bonus!! Scooter Bob’s rental company is FAB and also very close to the condo. Definitely look up Pelican Beach and Taylor Bay Beach….those were our 2 fave beaches on the whole island and we tried to get to a lot of them! Enjoy!! You won’t be disappointed with Peter’s place. 🤩

Jason was very responsive to questions / requests. The location was within a 5 minute walk to the beach -- quieter area than Gracebay. Close to the airport, Gracebay, grocery store, etc. Jason provide a list of various recommendations that we found very helpful & spot on. We liked being away from the Gracebay crowd, yet close enough to walk to. Chairs, floaties, beach towels were provided (in the unit.) The unit was comfortable with a model feel.

I had an excellent stay at Peter’s place. He was very responsive and provided some excellent recommendations that made things easy to navigate with it being my first time on the Island. I would highly recommend renting a car for anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It can be extremely challenging to request taxis/ rides if you do not have your own transportation. Rental cars are affordable.

Perfect stay for those wanting peace and relaxation!! This stay is away from the hustle and bustle with a stunning private beach away from the crowds!! Many days we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. So peaceful and so much better than squeezing into a lawn chair amidst hundreds of other people. Highly recommend for those wanting a relaxing getaway without the crowds. We will be back — if we don’t buy one of these condos ourselves haha 🩷 Do recommend renting a jeep wrangler — potholes on the island are no joke!! Will need a car to get here and get to other restaurants (grace bay is about 25 mins away driving). We had plans to visit all the other beaches, to do excursions, etc., but this place was soooo peaceful we scratched all our plans and hung at the Airbnb beach the entire trip! LOL highly recommend!! Feeling restored and rejuvenated — thank you so much Erin and Matt!!

Wonderful place to stay. Close enough to Grace Bay but far enough away for peace and quiet time. Danielle was very accomodating and helpful with any questions we had. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Check in is smooth and everyone is very helpful. Good location with many restaurants nearby.

This little gem of a place is located right at the heart of Grace Bay. We were in walking distance to restaurants, a gourmet grocery store and clinic. One minute from the ritz Carlton which tells you the kind of location you are in. This property is not beach front but there are several public beach accesses very close by. You are near shopping , night life yet nestled away in a gated apartment that is very quiet. We loved having a full kitchen and washer/ dryer in our unit. Sean was very responsive to and questions and kept us informed as a hurricane was near by. I highly recommend if you want a great place in a great location without the resort.

We didn’t want to leave! The location was great. Peaceful and near some great activities and beaches. You will definitely need a car. The condo was clean and comfortable. The better grocery store is Graceway Gourmet. Can’t wait to return!
