Vacation rentals with beach access in Chalk Sound

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Karen was absolutely amazing! She not only provided top-notch recommendations but also went above and beyond by surprising me with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The house itself was incredible, but Karen’s exceptional service made the experience even more special. I would book again just for her recommendations alone! 10/10 service—highly recommended!

Great location and value for money considering that Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. The stay was very comfortable - the condo was well-equipped and came with everything one would need for a short-term or even a longer-term stay. Beautifully landscaped and close to the beach, with a lovely large balcony. The only occasional issue - which is completely out of Chloe's control - is that you sometimes heard cars, bikes, other vehicles intentionally revving their engines at night as they drove on Grace Bay Road. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hosts are amazing and very friendly. They gave us a lot of good recommendations on what to do on the island. They also respond to the messages very quickly. The facility itself is very nice, so is the apartment - it was very clean. Since this was a part of our honeymoon, we were very surprised to find some surprises in the apartment. Thank you!

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Anthony was amazing, polite, helpful, generous and responded quickly to us. We will be returning and staying with Anthony again!

I was in need of a place to freshen up after a beach day before heading to the airport for a late night flight since I had to check out of my other air bnb in the morning and this was the perfect place! Kanisha was super hospitable to me given my circumstances. It truly was the perfect accommodation to relax for a bit before having to leave the island. I highly recommend!

I stayed for a week with my wife our two small children and it was a perfect stay. The layout of the house was excellent for a family vacation, the pool and space overall was also great. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants via car. Would 1000% recommend others to stay. Thank you Colton and Mallory!

Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

Beautiful home and very peaceful neighborhood. It was so relaxing to hang out in the pool and kayak on the lake. My wife and I had the house to ourselves and it was great to have the extra space. The house is in a perfect location on the island, only a few minutes from the best beaches, resorts and restaurants, and the hosts were very responsive. It was really nice to go out for the day and spend time at the beaches, restaurants and resorts, and come home to a clean and quiet home. Thank you to Liam, Ashley and Terri!

Sandy and Deangelo were wonderful hosts during our stay in T&C. They helped us feel welcomed and were very informative. Upon arrival, our daughter had gotten sick during the car ride and we were able to check-in early. This alone made us feel more comfortable at the beginning of our vacation. They also kept us well informed with recommendations and well as any occurrences to be aware of. This helped us fill out our itinerary and adjust any plans as needed. The home was perfect for our needs and the welcome rum cake was a nice touch. With a toddler, we were able to take our time starting the day and enjoy winding down at night. Having accessible laundry was great for a family, especially when our daughter first got nausea and threw up in our car rental on Day 1 check-in. The beach chairs were awesome to have when planning day trips to the many beaches. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hibiscus Suites and would recommend it to other small families.

We were very pleased with our choice of the Lighthouse Airbnb! Karen came over and chatted with us about the island and gave us some good recommendations. She was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed kayaking in the channel, walking on the beach and meeting Soldier the dog. As we went diving every day it was nice to come back and be able to relax, dry some gear and watch the sunset from the lighthouse with a drink. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ulma has a beautiful property with accurate pictures and all the amenities I could have asked for. The townhome had plenty of space for my family of 4 (10 yo son, 8 yo daughter, wife and I). The kitchen had every glass, cup, plate, pot, pan, tool, or gadget we could have imagined. The outdoor patio had umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkel gear, various floaties, buckets, shovels, various other beach toys, coolers, and bags to carry the stuff to the beach. We all LOVED the amount of things provided to enhance your beach experience, including plenty of beach towels and the washer/dryer. The Turtle Cove location was perfect for us as it is central to many island activities. We went on a Seaside Scavenger Hunt by Caribbean Cruisin, Horseback Riding by Heritage Tours, the Wednesday Night Party at Da Conch Shack, and relaxing sunsets at Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches, all no more than a 20 min drive from Ulma’s place. I HIGHLY recommend Ulma’s property based on the space, amenities & location!

Where do I begin. My wife and I stay in many Air BnBs in many cities and this rental might be our favorite. View of the ocean. Corner unit (this is amazing as you get views of the ocean AND some of the western part of the island). 2 pools and a hot tub. Quiet and tucked into a hill (rare on TCI) yet only 12 min drive to Grace Bay. I jogged from the unit every day 1.5 miles on sidewalk then back on the beach- beautiful!! Jason responds immediately. Very, very clean. BTW, eat lunch at nearby Hideaway Grill and Chill- best meal we had the entire trip (cash only tho). Have fun in paradise!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

This was our third time staying in Danny’s condo. As always, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, and drink ware. The views from the balcony of the marina make the stay even better. The bed was comfortable and the Yacht Club facilities are well maintained. We hope to come back again.

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and in a lovely resort. The soft cooler with ice packs was wonderful for our excursions. The Atrium is just a few minutes drive from Grace Bay and located in a quiet neighborhood. The closest beach is just a short walk away and is spectacular. Be sure to check it out for sunset too. Danielle was a terrific host, always responsive and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Provo.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Mark and Lili’s condo was clean, quiet, well appointed and had ample parking. Mark was super responsive throughout the entire process and provided a very clear and thorough welcome message to us. And the rental price was extremely reasonable as compared to the very pricey all inclusive resorts. We would definitely stay here again. We were in walking distance to several nearby restaurants and particularly enjoyed Magnolias and Mango Reef. We were in walking distance to Grace Beach too. We rented a car and visited other lovely beaches on Providenciales as well, like Sapodilla. And one day we took the TCI ferry to North Caicos, rented a car and drove to Bambara Beach and Mudjin Harbor Beach on Middle Caicos which were spectacular and remote. The condo was a great location from which we could easily get to all of our outings on our trip. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at Gemma’s. Host had detailed binder prepared that answered most of our questions, and she was very responsive to any questions that did come up. We really loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels. Also appreciated the access to washer dryer if needed. Terrace was beautiful as well. Heated pool was not heated until our last day when they installed a new heat pump, but the hot tub was always wonderful. Quick drive to Smith’s Reef, Grace Bay. A little further to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay but well worth the drive even during traffic! Loved our stay here.

What a great way to discover TCI!!! The complex felt safe and was super quiet. Excellent host. Great apartment, perfect for our needs. A rental car is highly recommended. Easy to get it/out and always a parking spot. 2 beach chairs, snorkeling masks, a cooler, very appreciated!!!!! The nearby/walkable Bight beach is nice but not the best : we ended up driving to Grace Bay and to Taylor Bay, which were outstanding! Had breakfast twice at Jammin Gelato, the young woman there was so nice. Unfortunately did not try Simone's but you should, she is a super lady and the menu looks amazing. So you could eat on site all the time if you wanted to. No nearby/walkable grocery store AFAIK, so you should go to GK Foods (it's the closest) and our fave in the end was Sunny Foods for great choice and lower prices. One last minor point: the way the bed is positioned (one side to the wall) may not be suitable for everyone. Thank you Roberto! We immensely enjoyed our stay at your place!
