we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this place to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

Lovely stay just outside the center of Gubbio, a huge apartment, in fact we were all 7 of us. The host has provided helpful guidance on how and where to get around the city, including a hiking trail, busiest clubs, and folkloric events. A breakfast was also provided with packaged products, basic but satisfactory, we really appreciated it. For the rest, nothing to report, the apartment presented itself as per the directions and the perfect welcome.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

A stunning location, incredibly peaceful with easy access to Mogliano and surrounding villages. The apartment was perfect, plenty of space, two huge bedrooms, air con, good shower, kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was clean and very much needed on the hotter days. Few other guests around but never felt crowded. Kirsty and James are the most amazing hosts, always happy to help and answer any questions…no matter how small. Kindly helped organise a Saturday night taxi and made dinner reservations for us too. We hope to return!

An unforgettable experience for me and my family, a fairytale place in a breathtaking setting, if you want to relax pampered by Umbria, this is where you have to come. The location is strategic both for walking or cycling, or moving a few kilometers by car to see all the villages that surround it. The host Raffaele is a wonderful and very helpful person, come and visit him at the Matigge house, you will not regret it. MARCO

Structure located in a quiet area outside the village. Surroundings and views of the hills are beautiful. The apartment has all the comforts and tastefully furnished. The kitchen has everything you need (crockery, coffee/tea maker...). Beautiful garden and pool complete this beautiful location. The host was always very courteous, attentive and helpful. Super recommended

The apartment is nicely furnished. Anything you need is present. We had a very smooth communication with Ella. The location was perfect for us to explore Umbria. The road to the agriturismo is a bit bumpy. Towns nearby that we could recommend: Assisi- Perugia- Spello- Spoleto- Montefalco. Definitely go to the waterfall in the Secret Place as well, not far from Casa Rosa. We really enjoyed our stay.
