Very nice place, very private, very quiet area, hot water in the shower always available compared to other accommodations where I have stayed I always have problems with that, the only thing it needs is some basic cleaning items like a mop because when I get out of the bathroom I always leave a lot of water in the bathroom and I slip several times, other than that everything is very pleasant, I will be back soon.

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed to feel comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and it’s clear that it’s set up so nothing is missing. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were always attentive. I totally recommend it, especially if you’re visiting for work, leisure or a tourist.

The place is as described, spacious and cute, the bed is super comfortable and the pillows too, it has everything you need to cook easy things, I loved that everything was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfect as well as the hot water. 2 blocks away there is a Seven eleven. I would definitely come back.

Very comfortable. Thanks Zule, nice to meet you in person, the loft is as advertised, very good views, the only thing was the train that passed by at certain times and the noise was loud, but that's not Zule's fault, so I'll put that aside and I'm super happy with the stay, I hope to return soon 👌

Lila's space is fantastic. We had a long stay and did not have any problems, everything in order, and when we had any questions, they answered us almost immediately. The place is very clean and with an exposed one, in addition to having everything you need for our stay. I would definitely come again.

Beautiful estate, super comfortable, spacious, with very nice common areas both outside and inside. We went on New Year's Eve and traveled with a pet. I loved that the area is quiet. We didn't hear many fireworks and rockets like in other places where my little dog suffers a lot. The service and attention of Emilio and his team are a plus during the stay. THANK YOU
