Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ceredigion

Great place to stay, private and peaceful. We had a relaxing stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We relaxed in the hot tub, which was ready to use and had no problems. It's located close enough to New Quay and not too far from Aberaeron and other places, so lots of choice of pubs/restaurants. Lots of places to explore nearby. Communication with Michael was good and easy, with clear instructions. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

We loved this place! The scenery is beautiful, peaceful and secluded so you very much have the whole place and area around you to yourself. The beds are super comfy and we enjoyed making camp fires in the evening. We used the bbq and pizza ovens which were great for 13 people. There are nice walking trails close by so you can easily go for a hike (which we did one day). There is a lake about 25 minute drive away which was incredible. We were the only ones at the lake and the scenery is breathtaking.

John's place is amazing. The house is very clean and spacious with an outdoor area for the bbq. We loved the quiet surroundings. I highly recommend the property.

We had a very relaxing stay here. The hot tub is so much fun and the space is well equipped. It's a good location, only 15 minutes from Aberaeron!

We had a very comfortable stay at Aled’s property. It was very well equipped perfect for 2 families and we also had 3 dogs with us which Aled kindly accommodated for. Some fabulous walks with the dogs and children. A little out the way to any attractions but local 7 minute drive to spar,restaurants and takeaways.

Beautiful surroundings and a calm place to be. Plenty of room for two. Hot tub under the stars was delightful. Will be returning

Myself, hubby, two kids and 3 dogs had a lovely time. What a lovely setting looking out over the alpacas, donkeys and sheep. Fantastic for the kids, they throughly enjoyed the animals and loved the play park. Made lots of lovely friends through the campsite too 🥰. Leanne is very attentive, friendly and always on call for any questions. Loved the fresh eggs from her farm. Leanne and her family have a gorgeous farm and campsite situated close to lots of lovely beaches and woodland walks. Definitely would like to go back, thank you for making our family holiday special xxx

A lovely relaxing stay. The hot tub was fantastic. The restaurant at Cenarth Falls was fantastic. Ate at The Three Horseshoes and food was definitely better at Cenarth Falls holiday park - The Phat Forks. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, very good host, friendly, nice clear instructions prior to coming, easy to find, fantastic location with views of the sea, very clean site. Lots to do locally and well positioned in respect to being close enough to everything and far enough away. Would highly recommend

Another absolutely brilliant time at the stunning Albro Castle . This is our third lovely weekend we spent with good friends here and it is always such a great feeling to be back . Such a special place and a great place to relax with friends in beautiful surroundings. I love cooking huge meals for everyone in the fab kitchen. Lovely in the winter to all sit by the fire in the huge living room . Bedrooms are all so comfortable and have stunning views . The bonus of having the beach and estuary on your doorstep and lovely pubs is the cherry on the top ! Thankyou again Peter and Tracey for being the nicest and most relaxed hosts , Can’t wait to be back 😀😀xx

We where visiting family in the area at probably the wrong time, just after a weekend of torrential rain and 95 mph winds !!! communication could not have been better as too should we travel or not Shaun and his wife were very friendly, the cottage was has described all the amenities towels bedding etc were plentiful we where even given some fresh free range eggs !!! We will be back next year at least once if not two times.

Tim's place was lovely, 4 generations of our family (age range 12-92) stayed and there was lots for everyone to do. There are so many cycle rides and walks to do straight from the door without having to drive. Our favourite was a ride around llyn brianne, to Tregaron and back. The garden is great and our daughter loved the games room and everyone enjoyed the cinema cabin. There were excellent books in the house, including lots of local interest books. The house guide was also very useful.

The caravan was spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. As it is only a couple of minutes from a bus stop it was perfect for me to walk the coast path using buses for the outward journey.

Beautiful little annex, and so peacefully situated in the Cwmrheidol valley. An easy 15-20 minute drive to downtown Aberystwyth, but completely away from the hustle and bustle of everything! Great spot for walks in the area - either straight from the annex or within a short drive away. Only downsides are no hob (so cooking in the annex was difficult) and steep ladder-like stairs to the bedroom (so not great for anyone with mobility issues) - but neither were a surprise as Daniel described his place perfectly. Overall a great stay!

lovely place, quiet road near by, but not an issue , the dog loved pkaying in the garden. a few teething issues initially but Melissa resolved them quickly. really nice cottage in an ideal location, thougroughly enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of your own house. The surrounding countryside was peaceful. Dave was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended 🧡

We stayed for a holiday for 7 nights, 2 couples with a 3 year old and 2 dogs. The house really is a home from home, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Julia greeted us on arrival. We loved the big farmhouse kitchen where we ate together in the evenings. We then retired to the living room to watch the TV and put the log burner fire on! Logs had been provided and when we asked for more logs (as the weather had turned chilly) these were delivered to our door! Kris and Julia could not have been more accommodating to us. But the bonus is the pool. The 3 year old loved it and we used it every day. We just requested our swimming times each day which is a great idea if other guests are staying in the other cottages. We loved exploring the coastal path where you can see the fantastic beaches, though it is steep in parts. Our dogs were safe off the lead on site. Horace (the resident dog) can often be seen wandering around. A great holiday, thank you!

Charming cabin with all the things you'll need inside. peaceful & quiet position on the wooded site. Perfect for access to anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Great communication from the host. Loved it ,well be going back . Thanks Liz

Great accommodation for our group. Great room options all with en-suites. Private outdoor space with hot tub. Easy check-in and out. Great pool facilities and play area; the kids loved this. Many thanks, would definitely book to visit again.

We lucked out with a full day of blue sky and autumn sun which would be a treat anywhere but here it was simply magical. The temperate rainforest/woodland on Gyles land was stunning as was the river and waterfall a few hundred yards down the road. The area has great walks, swims, birds, trees. Super peaceful and real escape from it all. Gyles very responsive and helpful and even prepared the sauna for the end of the day which was a bonus. Lovely spot, recommend.

Was very easy to find with keys waiting for us. Staff were readily available to answer any queries I had. Airbnb was like having a small cottage all to yourself, was very cozy and very worth the price. Will definitely be staying when I am next in the Aberystwyth area!

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!

There was a small issue at start which got resolved promptly by Nerys. It's a nice location, near University, and Aberystwyth is a nice seaside town. Recommended.
