Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central Visayas

Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

Stayed for almost a week. The place is so neat. Felt very comfortable. Well recommended!

Klenn is a nice and approachable host. He is open to my requests and allowed us to stay in his unit even if we are beyond the number of maximum guests allowed. The place is huge and very comfortable. The balcony has a nice view. We also enjoyed the karaoke. The wifi is strong and has a work station too! This place has everything you can ask for. They have 2 huge swimming pools. I will definitely recommend his place to anyone and I look forward to book again.

We stayed for 6 weeks and had a great stay! The photos matched the actual place. Accessible to everything you may need. Roldan is very responsive and helpful. We will surely book this place again when we go back to Cebu.

Wow! I took a risk booking this apartment because it had no reviews - but what a positive surprise. I have stayed in many different condos and apartments in the Philippines, and this one is by far the best. Everything is brand new, very clean, well made with everything you need. Great water pressure and temperature control in the shower, comfortable bed, good aircon, kitchenette with what you need to prepare a quick meal, small windows can be opened right by the kitchen counter to let out smell and smoke while you cook. The building itself seems brand new and is high-end. With access to a huge swimming pool. Great location within 5 minutes walking distance to Ayala Mall, 7-11 right below the building. I will always try and book this place when I’m staying in Cebu. Annie is a great host, very helpful and kind. Thank you!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Recommended for family or group of friends who wants to spend time away from busy world. Place is right infront of beach as described.

The caretaker is friendly and the host is so nice. We had a comfy and nice stay in this beautiful accomodation.

We are delighted, there house is splendid, the water flow from the shower is really good and that's not easy to find in the Philippines, and in addition there is hot water!! Juan left us bottles of water in the fridge! He had ordered us a tuktuk to drop us off at the house, and booked us one to drop us off at the port when we returned! He responds very quickly, it's super nice! For the work it's true it's annoying but not so much as that, the workers are nice, they try to be discreet, they don't start until 7:30 am and finish around 6pm! And the free scooter is really happiness too! Thank you Juan! 😍 Only downside the power outage our last night, impossible to take a shower, it came back in the night but the next morning taking my shower the water suddenly cut off while I still had plenty of shampoo in my hair 😅

the place is very accessible, alot of place to eat on walking distance. easy to get a ride to go out. the front desk attendant are very helpful.

Well worth the money. The view was nice. 15 floors up there was very little noise. Convenient shopping close to Robinson. I would recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

Overall experience was great, very easy check in with key lockbox. The unit was very well maintained and already had stuff we needed during our stay inlcuding a mini fridge for food/drinks storage and cute kitchen with utensils for light cooking/food prep. Clean and comfy too with a nice pool view thru its balcony :)

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and cozy—perfect for unwinding and truly feeling at ease. The aesthetic was lovely and created a relaxing atmosphere where you could simply relax without a care. The host was incredibly attentive and made everything so smooth; check-in instructions and house rules were clear and easy to follow, which saved time and avoided unnecessary questions. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase food and drinks on-site and settle up before checking out, especially since the nearest store is a bit of a walk away. The only thing I missed was having tissue for sanitary use, but otherwise, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean..conveniently located within Cebu Business park. Best value for money. I will book again if in Cebu.
