Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central Visayas

Unit was super okay and it’s walking distance from the mall :) Cherry was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Amazing stay! I can't say enough how great this was. Clean, modern, large apartment, responsive host, great location steps away from both 7-11 and Robinsons supermarket, and a short walk to Western fast food like McDs and KFC.

We were traveling with 1 infant and 1 toddler. The flight was cancelled and rebooked to delayed flight due to unfavorable weather. We were at the airport around 11pm with kiddos and Checked in Baggages, the infant was crying and the other toddler was tired also the Nanny. I decided to booked nearest place and Saw Thadeo Niño place, I made reservation and coordinated w/owner. host was honest about the location. Due to unforeseen circumstances we requested for refund and host granted our request and gave us refund. I appreciate you resolving the issue and refunding our payment. Ty for deep understanding in the midst of policy. excellent customer service. 5⭐️

We stayed at the villa for three nights and had a great time. It was very clean and tidy. As soon as we had a question or concern, we contacted Juan. He always responded reliably and helped us with everything. The view was breathtakingly beautiful. It's definitely a place to get down. We would come back. Everything is great!

The place is much better than the pictures! What amazes me the most is the kitchen, all the things you need from cooking to dining are all available! Ma’am Gaudiosa and her husband are very accommodating! They also recommended good places to go to while we were there ❤️ Would love to go back! ❤️🙏🏻

Recommended for family or group of friends who wants to spend time away from busy world. Place is right infront of beach as described.

Marjorie was great to work with! Helpful and responsive. The house is just a few minutes to a lot of shops and malls.

Nelson place is a place I would recommend for all travelers out there. This studio unit is clean and tidy with all the necessary everyday use at home. It has aircon and ceiling fan to cool you down in hot Cebu weather. Mr Nelson has a private transportation service which for me very important especially going in and out to the airport. Overall, I give Nelson place, 5 out of 5 rating. Good travel everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still being peaceful and quiet. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was smooth and quick—they were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.
