Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central Visayas

This is a fresh, small but very cozy apartment with everything you need. It’s quiet on the 16th floor, with excellent internet, and the building offers a pool and a relaxation area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to many cafes and shopping malls. The host is very responsive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Cebu City.

Miss Karmine was nice, respectful, and very responsive. I think that’s what made me choose her place, I requested it to be cleaned since my aunt’s a bit dramatic and she never disappointed me—it was squeaky clean. Water’s nice, no hot showers yet but it’s aight. She’s also very generous.

I had a great stay in this condo, close to Ayala center, 7-11 and other shops. Lady Cherry was very kind and she responded quickly to my messages. I reccomend.

We had a great stay at Tarich’s place. The space was just right for our group of 8, even though we originally booked for 10. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and there were enough beds and pillows for everyone. The caretaker was prompt and responsive, and the host was equally accommodating. She allowed us to check in early and gave us a 30-minute extension for check-out. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold in the morning, but it was cool enough at night for us to sleep comfortably. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

This was my third Philippines condo is the past month. It was by far the nicest. I give a Five Star rating in almost every category. It is a one bedroom with sleeping quarters separate from the living room/dining area. There is plenty of of space to hang your clothes and put them away on a shelf. I was able to connect my Amazon Firestick to the TV and connect it, via VPN, to the U.S. The unit is on the 17th floor. Lots of nice touches such as a squeegee for the bathroom floor. For gym fans there is no gym. There is no balcony. Water can be ordered at front desk for room delivery. The neighborhood outside the property gate is crowded with narrow sidewalks not conducive to walking and borderline dangerous. There are no nearby restaurants with indoor seating. There is a 7/11 outside the gate. The single detractor was the abundance of cockroaches. They were ever present and everywhere. We had to rinse dishes before each use. An empty insecticide container shows this is an ongoing problem.

Enjoyed our stay at this new Airbnb. Location was accessible to Ayala mall and there is a convenience store and bakeshop on the ground floor that is open 24/7. Annie’s place was clean and had all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The toilet had a smell though, coming out from the drain and we were told it was probably because the drain hasn’t been used as it was new and the host was aware of it during the turnover of the unit. It was really the biggest downside during our stay as we constantly cleaned the toilet in the hopes of removing the smell, but to no avail. Nevertheless, Annie responded to our concerns and we still liked the place overall. Comfortable bed, had basic cutleries and crockeries, decent sized fridge, safe and secure neighbourhood, 24/7 security, and a responsive host. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay whilst still staying in the city center.

Die Unterkunft von Juan ist traumhaft und entspricht 100% der Beschreibung. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei einem tollen Gastgeber! Juan ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, immer wenn wir etwas benötigt haben war er sofort zur Stelle! Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt und das noch in diesem einzigartigen Haus! Wir können diese die Villa vollkommen empfehlen und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir auf Siquijor sind. Juan kümmert sich um alles, falls man Transport benötigt oder einen Scooter zum erkunden der Insel mieten möchte. Die Villa bietet alles was man benötigt inklusive einer Küche und einem wunderschönen Pool von dem aus man die Aussicht und auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann! Die Lage im Dschungel macht die Villa ebenfalls einzigartig und zu einem Besonderen Erlebnis!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

A very delightful stay!!!

I dont remember what i paid, however it was definitely worth it. I needed a last minute place because the place i booked in IT park canceled. This location is great, and Nelsons place had everything. Although i didnt use the pool, the gym was more than sufficient. The condo had enough room for my desk work station and room to do pushups and burpees. Nelson was very attentive and communicative. highly recommend.

It was a great place and we had an amazing stay - way better than I expected. Everything was pristine and in order. The bed was more than comfortable. The CR was clean and complete. All appliances are functional. I ran into a problem, and the host was so kind enough to go an extra mile (even literally) to help. Host's services and unit are all excellent in every way. Highly recommended!
