Great location, plentiful amenities, clean room. I had a wonderful time here.

Everything was beyond perfect! We were able to book a scooter, tickets to the Golden Bridge and airport transport even before we walked into the room. Customer service was superb! The room was perfect, spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower hot. The area was located close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again for sure. During our month-long stay, host Viet's quick response made it easy. The surroundings of the Champ island were well decorated, so it was good to stay.

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was perfect, we had great sleep in it every single night. The hosts are really sweet and kept checking on us, very responsive as well. The cleaning happened everyday and we had a very very nice stay overall. Would love to come back.

Nice loft apartment in a quieter area of Phnom Penh. You don't hear the street noise from the 16th floor apartment, and there is a nice city view and cool breeze that comes in at this height. There are some decent markets a short walk away, and whatever else we wanted to do was a fairly cheap tuk tuk ride away. The roof top pool was nice, but the gym equipment is honestly quite poor. This was not a big deal as there is a very nice professional gym just down the street that only charges 6000 Riel for a day pass. The electricity for the apartment was cheap, only 21000 real for the week we were there, but the deposit system is not so convenient, maybe consider using the airbnb deposit system instead of having to leave cash then arrange to get money back on departure. Over all really great stay, we will return next time we are in the city.

Great option, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Nearby there is a 7/11, coffee shops, a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall that has everything else. The area is wonderful, the pool is just huge. The apartment itself is cozy, a big plus is that there is an oven, we like to cook ourselves. The host is great, always helped with questions and responded very quickly. Definitely recommend

The best feature of this apartment is the balcony with a beautiful view and the location. The host was very responsive and addressed all my issues. Check in was very easy. The lobby of the building is very nice.

We stayed at the house for 3 nights during our visit to Da Nang. The property is as described. It has 3 floors. One bedroom and living room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and top floor just provides access to an outdoor washing area. Washer is available, but you’ll need to hang clothes for air dry. The hosts are extremely friendly and always respond to our questions quickly. They run a cafe next door and treated us to good coffee upon our arrival. Mr. Ngoc gave us suggestions to place to eat around the neighborhood. Location is great, can walk to My Khe beach in 10 minutes, lots of restaurants nearby. Hosts also are flexible with check out time, they let us stay in the house past check out time since our flight departs later in the day. The area is extremely safe, we had fun talking with many locals at the coffee shop. If you are looking for authentic experiences in Da Nang, we highly recommend this property.

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
