Vacation rentals with a patio in Central Otago District

Great location. Access to Wanaka shops and lakefront was 5 min walk and very handy. Parking for 2 cars was easy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. Great sleeps nice and quiet with blackout curtains in all rooms. Everything was great thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Paul’s place was fabulous, breathtaking views , wonderful balcony to sit out and chill and kitchen , bedroom bathroom all very well equipped , along with washing machine is a bonus , we enjoyed our stay

Lovely apartment by the lake. Accomodation is walkable to nearby activities, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend to everyone staying in Wānaka!

This place is right on the edge of the lake, just a stones-throw to town. The outlook is stunning, the accommodation is so cozy and homely - it was like living in something from a magazine.

I recommend staying here. It's not far from Wanaka city, but it's more convenient to have a car. They are well looked after and always ready to help. We borrowed a bike from Craig, who was kind enough to lend it to us. Thank you very much. We will visit you again next year and the year after.

This was a wonderful stay for our time in Wanaka/Albert town. The place was very clean and a lovely space. The backyard area was lovely for an afternoon drink and the kitchen was very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer/dryer machine were fantastic. We absolutely adored our time here and will 100% book again when we return!

Absolutely lovely house, with the most beautiful views of the mountains. I drink rooibos tea, so was very happy to see that in the cupboard!

Victoria's place was really nice and spacious - at the foot of Mount Iron and just 30 mins walk to the lake. All the amenities you could want and some nice cosy touches. Victoria was also really kind and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The most beautiful home to make some memories in! Location is perfect and so good for swims and walks along the waterfront. We didn’t want to leave!

Extremely spacious and well designed, with a beautiful and comfortable interior, be sure that you will be able to spend some quality with with both friends and family. Definitely one of the most memorable Airbnb stays we have done, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luciana's house. Strongly recommended for all who intend to stay near Lake Wanaka.

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable with everything you need. Large house with plenty of space for two families. Arrowtown is lovely and not too commercial and busy like Quenstown.

Highly recommended!! We stayed here with our young children and it is a very beautiful family home with two adorable children's rooms, especially the bunk beds with slides, which the children were very excited about. The house was very clean and the shoe off policy made it really cozy for the kids to relax barefoot. My wife was so impressed with the interior and decor that she constantly said she would love to live in a house like this. Although we only stayed one night, we had a great holiday, playing in the new park just around the corner and playng in the water of Lake Hawea. Thank you Nathalia for hosting us!

Exceptional location for Cardrona skiiing. Well appointed kitchen which had everything you would need including rice cooker slow cooker air fryer and plenty of pots and pans. Clean comfortable and warm. Cardrona Hotel was a short walk. We did not use the shared spas and pool so I can’t comment on those.

Yes yes yes !! Jane's place is spotless and has everything you need if you would like to cook a delicious meal at the apartment. The locations is excellent its literally right next to a lovely pastry shop, a bar and a supermarket and only about 10 minutes drive to the Wanaka Town Centre. It was a pity it was a rainy day when I checked in, I didn't have the chance to meet my lovely furry friend (Jane's doggie Neeta )!!! I would highly reccomend this place to everyone who is plannig a trip around Albert town & Wanaka.

Beautiful setting very private and peaceful, accomodation is top shelf very nice, beds are very comfortable and the hosts are great. Booked my next visit already.

As a decade + long user of the airbnb platform, I've had mostly good experiences that i have never bothered to write a review for. I've only done this once before, and I'm excited to do a second one for this experience staying with Alex. Look no further for your stay in Wanaka and stay with Alex!!!!!! Alex & Jesper are the most friendly and hospitable hosts, and welcomed me with some many little local gifts (local wine, homemade butter and jams, organic eggs) and sent me off with homemade sourdough bread. Come on, what else can you ask for????? Aside from that Photos - Does not do the location justice. The wide 270 windows give you views to die for. Especially sunrise and sunset. Fully stocked kitchen - a chef's dream. I cooked multiple meals and hosted a hotpot outside when I stayed. Everything was available for me. The little details matter - A towel hanging rack that warms itself so when you dry yourself off, you have these fuzzy warm bath towels? Crazy. 12/10, come stay here

Had a wonderful weekend away at this beautiful home. We loved having our own ensuites in each bedroom and enjoyed lots of family time here. Considerate hosts that were friendly and approachable. Great service!
