Ioannis and Stamatia have a little paradise in lovely Poligiros. They are very special, friendly and supportive hosts who give you lots of advice and tips for your perfect vacation. The apartment is extremely beautiful, very cozy and super clean. It's also well located as you are very central on Chalkidiki but you only need 15 min drive to the next beach. I stayed with Kostas and Gianna for 11 days. I was alone on vacation for the first time and was a bit nervous at the beginning. The nervousness lay with the first step I took through the entrance gate. Gianna welcomed me happily and pampered me again and again with great delicacies through the days. Kostas also made me feel welcome at all times and always gave me good tips for things to do, beaches or restaurants. I have never experienced that hosts are so with their hearts and also show sincere interest in the guests and include them. I was invited to the barbecue and on the day of departure to a delicious mousaka, which Gianna prepared elaborately. The dog Bianca was also another highlite. You can hardly turn their eyes on anything. And then the little baby cat Lisa. She conquered my heart 🥰 Then the location… It really is a little piece of paradise. Absolutely nothing was missing 🥰 thank you Kostas &Gian

the hostess was very friendly and the house was super clean! I can't say that it is a suite the house as mentioned in the listing, but the house is ok. the kitchen is in a different room, that is, you go out the door and go to an adjacent room that is the kitchen. otherwise , the house is fine.

Ciao The house is comfortable and equipped for 4 people Clean ( we stayed 5 days and we had the change of sheets and towels already on the second day ) . The outdoor space under the screw is cool and comfortable. The house is close to the center is a good base to visit the best beaches in Sithonias. Anastasia was friendly, punctual and helpful

The location was perfect. It is located right in the middle of Kala and Thessaloniki. It is close to the beaches. The house offers a beautiful garden. It is very good for the price. The location where the house is located is in a beautiful complex. It was also effective for us to have a peaceful holiday. The neighbors were very friendly. The pool was clean. The facilities of the house were sufficient and Elena's communication with us was very good.

Nick is a great host, no doubt about that. He was always hrlpful and patient with every question we had. He made sure we felt welcome and right at home from the start. The place was exactly what we needed and that was enough.

Ulyana and husband are excellent hosts! The house is exactly as pictured with beautiful views, secluded on a mountain with an infinity pool. The house included 2 bedrooms, bath, washer/dryer and kitchenette. Ulyana provided daily routes with places and restaurants to visit. There are many beaches both quiet and organized within a 5-30 minute drive. Our stay was perfect🏖️🚘🐠. Property also has 2 beautiful dogs 🐾 both gated and allowed to roam if guests permit. They were so happy to greet everyone! Perfect getaway! Thank You Ulyana and Konstantin🐚
