Great beautiful place and neighborhood, the terrace view to the ocean is luxury. The co host was also really friendly Me and my family loved the apartment:)

The house, porch, terrace, and garden are great! We had a great time with our two dogs, who didn't stop running around the garden. The only thing we didn't like is the proximity of the freeway and the noise from the driveway cars, but could be used in two or three days:)

Amazing view from the house! The road to the private beach is quite steep but it’s worth it. The host was responsive and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Place of peace. It was perfect for a much needed decompression! They have a dog and a cat so animal lovers like us can not ask for a more ideal vibe ! Couple of rainy days coud not even disturb the enjoyment :) Thank you Argiris and Anastasia , we'll see each other again soon :)

First: about the host Konstantinos - this is the best host I’ve ever met! Konstantinos was always available, answering any of my questions, extremely communicative. He had thought of everything that even we had not thought of. Second: about the house - it’s even better than on the photos! The house is equipped with everything you need, there’s a great view and with a convenient location. The house is more than detailed well tailored to the needs of children guests. A great holiday atmosphere is created. Thank you, Konstantinos!

We didn't arrive at the property until midnight. We were warmly welcomed and immediately invited to a garden party to eat and drink. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool very nice and clean. There's nothing to criticize at all. We felt very comfortable.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

Yoana was such a great host .She left for us fruits and wine.Recommend beaches and restourants in the area. Location is great-2 min from bakery and 5 min from center area.

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

This place is a hidden treasure - amazing first line view, empty beach, cozy, comfortable, clean, easy parking. My definition of ultimate relax. Georgios is a great host! We will gladly return next year.

Out stay at Nikos' was an amazing experience! The apartment is clean and in excellent condition, with an amazing view and just minutes from the beach. The best villa we have been into! Amazing location right in front of the beach and great crystal clear water also! Huge garden area gave us the chance to enjoy even more but our kids were the ones who truly had the greatest time there. The villa itself is more than fully equipped and the 4 bathrooms helped so much:) Paschalis, our host, literally treated us like his own family and we couldn't thank him enough. We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

The stay was perfect - Nikos waited us patiently, even though we were running late. The place has a very nice location, the beach is no further than 20m from your backyard. And yes, you have your own backyard, with barbecue, umbrellas and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All the terraces from the rooms have a view to the sea and if you need to do some remote work, they have an outlet and good WI-FI. As for what to do around - besides going to the beach, you have some beach bars within a walking distance from you. The restaurants are located in the village of Possidi, on the east side of the beach, but you can always go there by car - it is 5 minutes drive. Also there is a water sports center, right next to the beach bars, so you can go kayaking or paddle surfing, without the hassle to bring your own. Overall, our stay was great. I can only point out 1 drawback - the link between the floors is a spiral staircase, which can be a little narrow sometimes, but it is doable.

Lovely place, I would definitely come back

We had great vacation in the Thanasis’ villa. The place, which is very comfortable and well organized, provides everything the guests might need. In combination with that, the fully professional attitude of the owner made our stay there very pleasant.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝
