Beachfront vacation rentals in Central Luzon

I booked Casita Real for a one night stay and I initially booked for 3 pax since I was not sure if my inlaws will come with us. I updated the number of pax when we get to the place and airbnb had a technical issue and Byron was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Booked 8 pax in total. He gave us a discount and really appreciate it. The place is beautiful and very peaceful and the caretaker is approachable and easy to talk with. It rained the following day so we were not able to enjoy the beach at the time but will definitely go back and will recommend the place

Great place to go if you want a private family/group outing. Not crowded, overall we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Jose such a wonderful Host, very accommodating, responsive and flexible.

Nice resort and really an ideal place for family and friends gathering, not to forget that furry friends are also welcome :) The caretakers are also attentive and warm. Amenities in Villa 1 are superb as well, looked brand new too.

If your seeking for a quite and relaxing ambience, this place is one of them. You can even cook your own food and sit by the pool while overlooking Lingayen Gulf or have a dip the sea, the beach is rocky so be extra careful...and there is free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay in Jan’s cottage as it has all the contemporary essentials and a hospitable and generous care taker and host. Location is great for sleeping outdoors and if you do so sleep outdoors bring your own camping stuff and protection from insects either crawling or flying. At the time we arrived, the remaining couple hundred metres of the street reaching the cottage is rough as the street is not paved nor cemented, its as natural as it is, surrounded by bushes and trees with few leaves and branches touching your vehicle as you drive and it’s one way. We used a Toyota Ace van and it just fits the street and can be tight when turning left or right or reversing. Considering the condition of the street I think vehicles for rough road would be better in case street is wet. People who prefers to stay within the bushes and trees and near the water would love this place.

We had a great experience! Felt right at home. The place was very clean, well-maintained and secured. Didn't expect it to be so spacious which was a huge plus especially with a toddler around! The staff were also very accomodating and friendly. Ms Tanya was very approachable and welcoming. Worth coming back for. 10 out of 5 stars!

Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Best for groups with kids! It was the best playdate and sleepover for our kids ever! We would also like to commend the guest attendant Kuya RJ: very attentive, Ang liksi kumilos! I booked this room for my sister and the coordination on our end was a nightmare. I'm very thankful of Mary Jane's patience with us and her willingness to extend help. hopefully I can experience the room myself

I really enjoyed my stay there. The place is so clean, one thing I loved so much was the sheets and blankets were newly washed. View was amazing. Great location with SM right across from us. The pool also wasn’t cold at all, I thought it was heated! Highly recommend!

The host is very responsive with my inquiries and is very approchable. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. There was almost a last minute change because the first room we rented had an unexpected leak, so they need to change it before the booking date but everything is fine and well manage by the host. Casa La Rosa is such a gem! It feels like a second home away from home—so cozy and welcoming! The vibe of the place is super peaceful, perfect if you want to relax and just enjoy some downtime. Plus, the house is clean and well-kept, which made our stay so comfortable. Ms. Rose, the host, is incredibly accommodating and responsive! She was super quick to answer all our questions when we were booking, and she made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Ms. Rose! The staff were also really welcoming and kind, which added to the whole experience. Thank you guys as well! It’s also a huge plus because the place is pet-friendly, so we got to bring our furbaby along for the trip! And the beach? Stunning is an understatement! The place is exactly how it was described. The house was spacious and spotless. The configuration is perfect for big groups (eights rooms total, comfortable common areas). The beach did not disappoint. Even if it’s grey, the sand was fine and the water is clear. The beach is clean and peaceful— definitely relaxing. The staff are 5/5. From the booking and confirmation with M Jeane, to coordination with Rea, to being welcomed and looked after by Ate Diane and Tatay Ruping (he makes the bestest kilawin!). They all made our stay smooth and memorable. The fridge broke down on our first night. But the staff and owner herself made sure the issue was addressed soonest. Aside from that hiccup, our entire stay was perfect. Overall, this is a highly highly recommended place for your family/friends. 😊

The place was as it was described, the host was super helpful. Anything we needed during the stay the caretakers were there to assist, laundry, groceries, guys delivery and so on was always promptly done.

The host is very accommodating, friendly, and well round off (feels like you have your own butler). Nanay marlyn (the cook) cooks very good dishes. You don’t need to bring baon because she can cook (filipino food)whatever you like. Over all the experience was great, cheap price, and homie vibes.

My friends and I stayed at Madelyn's place for our Christmas Party. Although it wasn't a beachfront villa, it was a 3-minute walk to the beach. very accessible. It has all the amenities that we needed - a pool, billiard table, an outdoor kitchen etc. The beds are very comfy and the host provided free towels for us, a group of 11. It was our first time in Liw-liwa. We were expecting to swim in the sea, but the waves were strong. I was told it wasn't always like this; some days the sea was calmer. Despite this, We were greeted by an amazing sunset and clear skies. It was a peaceful place. not so many people during this time of the year. Perfect for us who just want a break from the busy city life. The host was very friendly and replies almost instantly. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!
