Vacation rentals with a balcony in Central Germany

This was the perfect place for my husband, 20 month old, and myself. They had toys and treats waiting for us. The space is large with perfect amenities. The location is to die for. Overlooking the Jewish cemetery that tourists flock to tour. The kitchen had all the necessary items. They even stocked some food items. The bed is comfortable. All of this within walking distance to the main attractions. It was quiet and tucked away which was very nice. We will be back to stay 😊

the place is really convenient, near the metro station and trams to get easy to city centre. restaurants and stores nearby. Moreover is very quiet so I recommend this location. Valerie is a nice host and very helpful

This was our second time in Martinas apartment.We had a very pleasant stay. Martina is a very helpful and great host. Apartment is very spacious and bright, very well located , we loved peaceful and quiet Bubenec, perfect for a stay with a small child. Plenty of playgrounds within a walking distance.

A very beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is great for a small family and very clean, the lake view is amazing.

Great place, I recommend it to everyone

Gunnar's place was so perfect and I don't think the pictures do the place justice. The apartment was magical, a specially before Christmas as they had put up a delightful Christmas tree in the living room. The bathroom is lovely, tidy and clean and so is the bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is also so good, I would definitely book this place next time if I'm going to Berlin. We ate at a local Italian restaurant and there is a grocery shop nearby and a training centre and the train and tram are a tiny walk away. We had the place to ourselves, so we didn't get to met Gunnar, but he was communicative and kind. I highly recommend booking this place, no need to look any further! Thank you Gunnar for the lovely experience, and for your kindness before, during and after our stay ;)

Overall, it's a place and service that we can really recommend. We had rented the whole house for 4 nights. The furnishings are great and everything corresponded to the description. The house was in an absolutely clean and welcoming condition upon handover. Everything worked and there was basically nothing to complain about. Communication and key exchange was absolutely slim and fast. A few questions about the area and restaurants were answered within a few hours. From us there is a clear recommendation for the house and 5/5 stars :-).

Clean, cozy, modern. Location couldn't be better — near the best kind of density in Berlin with cafes and restaurants near each other but still quiet. Beautiful smaller space that feels bigger than it is, with a perfect little, hostel-like bathroom (in a good way). Andreas's apartment is at the top of its building in a basically private staircase. Very calm space that you could live in for a bit.

The home is in an absolutely perfect location. You are close to everything in downtown Prague and many of the top sights and restaurants are within walking distance. The home itself is warm, inviting and an oasis of peace even though it is in the middle of the city. Jana is one of the best hostesses we have ever come across. She arranged airport transfers, was very communicative and even offered us a free clean cleaning midway through our stay. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

This apartment is my favourite stay in Prague. Very central, great location, but at the same time it has got a residential vibe. The reception is a great advantage, no problem with checking in, feels very safe and staff is superb. The town house is immaculate, well serviced and maintained. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotless clean, modern and well equipped. Again a great advantage is a balcony. Kitchen is perfect, you can even cook small meals if you want to. Coffee pods, beer and water is available to buy if you want, but the grocery shops are close by, easy to stock your own. Bathroom is clean, shower gel and shampoo included. I think I am quite critical but this apartment ticks all boxes for me. Highly recommend, I love it there.

Robert and Pavel are excellent hosts. The apartment was exactly like the photos and very clean. They were quick to respond going above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend their places for short stays in Prague and would not hesitate to go back.
