Beautiful and quiet place, cozy🫶

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this House! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up, making it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, always helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay. We would love to return in the future!

We used this place for the third time. The location is excellent, the balcony and pool overlook the castle. A few meters up the stairs from the historic center. The place is clean, the pool in the heat is unbeatable, spacious. Seamless communication with Junko, friendly. The lady is on the muff and if necessary, she will arrive. 800m from the house a beautiful view of the whole Úštěk from the lookout point. It's very nice that there is a lot of fruit in the garden that is available to guests in the summer. It is also possible to sit in the garden and in a covered gazebo with chairs.. Thank you and I hope to come back again:)

During our brief visit to Prague we found Natalia’s place since we intended to stay a bit further from the city center. When we arrived, Natalia was ready to greet us and gave us a tour of the residence, including thorough directions to the city center and helpful advice on how to get there. Since the residence is located outside of Prague, it takes about 25-30 minutes to drive from their property to the city center, or take the public transport - bus or train - close to the residence. Also, the residence was clean and well furnished, specially the kitchen and the bathroom. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Very nice and clean house. The hosts were very friendly and responded to messages immediately. Very quick and easy check in even though we arrived late at night. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You are living in a renovated old farm house with lots of space (inside and outside). This is the ideal accommodation for families or for a group of friends to experience a great time together.

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

It is really nice place to stay in a beautiful village. I would love to come back.

We were able to relax in a wonderful green environment at Monica's house. The apartment had everything we needed, well-equipped! I recommend this place for travelers who want quiet and close to nature. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed. Our headcount change was also handled flexibly. It was a great rest! Thank you!

Beautiful idyllic cottage overlooking the Bohemian mountains. Quaint garden and quiet location. Plenty of space in the house and very good equipment of the kitchen. Everything very clean. Wonderful place to relax.

Fabulous place with a genuinely great location

This is an old house with thin outer walls, located in an ancient village what is now part of Prague. Simple place but has all to feel comfortable. Fitted well 10 persons, there was room for more. The closest subway station was about 4-5 mins by car and it took less than 20 mins to reach Prague downtown from there. Jirka is very helpful host, giving good instructions and suggestions. In the same property there is also a small brewery.

Very nice place to stay. Perfectly clean. Spacious, with more then enough place for living, storage and playing (we were there with two kids). Well equipped with utensils, cutlery and disposals, including dishwasher tablets, lots of towels. Very warm house, we had zero discomfort when it was +6C outside.

A place to stay feels like home. Check-in as instructed and seamless. Thanks for a great place to stay, we'll probably come back again.

Thanks Jan for everything! It was amazing :) If you like to visit Prague and don’t stay directly in the middle of the city, Its the perfect place to stay :) You are very close to everything and have everything nearby.

We are staying in this house for the second time. Large, spacious house is very suitable for a large family with children. Very attentive and responsive owner. We hope that we will stay here again. We recommend.

Very nice preparation of the apartment. Fits the Helloween - time ornamented garden. It was also easy for kids because there weren't so many things around that could break. Clean kitchen, rich dishes. The swing was missing, the slide was broken. I reported it on departure and was accepted immediately. The garden is enclosed so that children can also let them run with peace of mind. (Just take care of the pond) The forest nearby is great! Thanks! See you next time!

The apartment is even nicer than in the photos. Huge beautiful, living room. A large kitchen island and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner clearly loves candles, there are plenty of them, which creates a great mood and a beautiful smell throughout the house. 11/10

Beautiful living in an older building, part of it is a small backyard that makes you feel completely secluded, beautiful!

The place was magical, Pavlína was a great host. The cottage was perfectly equipped and perfectly suited our stay with children of different ages. We'd love to go back!
