Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Central Athens Regional Unit

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

Very beautiful inside the hot tub very easy to use. It provided everything he writes just like in the photos, very easy to use kitchen with all necessary equipment. Very welcoming host and the place was super clean and we'll go for it again!!

Ioannis is a super thoughtful host. He made sure we had everything we needed and even had a little gift for us when we arrived. It really is a gem!

The place was super comfortable and clean and the host arranged transportation for us from the airport and to the airport they also recommended places we could go to so they were super helpful with everything The house is a walking distance to very nice bars and cafe s and shops We were very happy with everything

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Calm Site, spacious house, amazing view, close to the airport, was worth it.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

First I want to say that the host Stefanos is a true gentleman he truly cared about making our stay wonderful The property sits just above beach with great 360 degree views. The property itself is immaculate there are different areas to just lay out and enjoy the sun and breeze The pool is so clean and clear and refreshing I totally enjoyed swimming at night as well Out of all my stays at a Airbnb this one takes #1 I definitely recommend staying here it's close to glyfada close to sunion And the beaches around the area are very beautiful . We had a great stay at Bill & Johns villa. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities one could want. The sunset from the top floor was stunning. Good coffee shops are a nearby walk (I recommend the pastries!) and restaurants and bars are a cheap taxi away. Thank you for sharing your fabulous space.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We were here with friends for the Athens Marathon. The location is large and very comfortable with an amazing terrace overlooking the Acropolis. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful of Athens with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. I can only recommend this location!
