Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Central Athens Regional Unit

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

The place was super comfortable and clean and the host arranged transportation for us from the airport and to the airport they also recommended places we could go to so they were super helpful with everything The house is a walking distance to very nice bars and cafe s and shops We were very happy with everything

Had a nice arrival. Spacious house giving you a great deal of privacy with a family. The elevator therefore also makes it ideal for all ages. It is a quiet neighborhood but where there is plenty to do. Metro station you are a 5 minute drive to get to Athens.

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Calm Site, spacious house, amazing view, close to the airport, was worth it.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

We had a great stay at Bill & Johns villa. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities one could want. The sunset from the top floor was stunning. Good coffee shops are a nearby walk (I recommend the pastries!) and restaurants and bars are a cheap taxi away. Thank you for sharing your fabulous space.

We had an amazing stay! Antonios, our host, was incredibly prompt and provided all the necessary information within minutes of our booking. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property radiates positive energy, surrounded by lush greenery, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The cats were the cherries on top, making our holiday even more joyful. It was such a pleasure to sit in the garden, take walks, watch the sunrise while drinking a good coffee. There were days when we didn’t even feel like leaving the property to explore — we just wanted to relax in the garden with our furry friends. We will definitely be back; it has become our favorite place for vacation!

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We a had a fabulous family holiday! Victor’s house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all of us (6 adults). Victor met us at the home for check in to help with all questions, recommendations, and brought us some lovely welcome gifts. We relaxed in the spacious rooms the home offered and all the furnishings were fresh and comfortable and we had a wonderful time enjoying the sparkling pool together to cool off. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for a rental which was great for meals in and it was an easy walk to many restaurants on the water for magical sunsets. We were happy we rented a car to explore the coastline, beaches and be able to drive to the Grocery or Metro for time spent in Athens. As guests who have rented homes before we all agreed Victor was a 5 star host responding to any questions or needs whenever we messaged him. Above and beyond!! Thank you Victor for a beautiful home and lasting memories of Greece 🌅
