The house and furnishings left nothing to be desired, everything was perfect all around. The communication with Cyrill was quick, straightforward, clear. An ideal place to spend (family)holidays. Highly recommended.

The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

We spent a week, beginning of January, in the cottage and it was very comfortable despite the negative outside temperatures. The multiple heat points (pellet stove, open fire and radiator) allowed us to be perfectly comfortable and we always had enough wood and pellets, available. Our host was lovely and caring. The cottage was very clean as well as the sheets and towels available ☺️ The cottage is located in a beautiful place, very quiet and with amazing views of the mountains. The area is very charming, lots of hikes possible and restaurants to try. I also recommend a visit to the Teglio tourist office, where we were very well received and advised. A perfect vacation! No complaints, 😌 a big thank you!

Very nice house with amazing views.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

We had an amazing time in this special place. The view and access to the lake are perfect and well above most other homes found around the lake. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

The apartment is bright and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom newly renovated with a great shower. Restaurants, shopping and the train station are within walking distance in a few minutes. Carla was very friendly and responsive. We felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

Very cosy and well equipped appartment in close proximity to the Flims ski slopes. Spectacular outdoor scenery to enjoy from the appartment's terrace. Perfect for a ski holiday or any other outdoor activity. Would gladly come again.

The apartment is in a great location. Right in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it is very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

A nicer place is hard to find around Como lake. Such a beautiful house and close to impossible to find a caring host together. It makes the most sense to stop looking for another place and book a place with great service. Thanks for everything

What a lovely little airbnb! We only stayed for 2nights and wish it was longer! We got a tour of the little village when we arrived which was lovely and had all the local tips about the area. There is a very stop right next to the accomodation so gives you quick access to other areas. On arrival we had fresh water, bread and some spreads which was handy. Very close to the river with some beautiful views. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quite, picturesque part of lake Como.

Billy was always available and took great care of us. The apartment is great, well equipped and modern, and sauna/hammam and hot tub are great after a day of skiing. Thanks Billy, also for the cava 😉

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. A very nice apartment on the water with a great view. A very good location to easily visit Lake Como, Milan, the Borromean Islands, Lake Lugano… We would highly recommend this dream location.

We had a great time at Mario's place. The apartment was great for our family (2 adults 2 children and 1 baby) Check-in with the lockbox (because we arrived very late) was very convenient. We were able to meet Mario the following morning. He explained how the shuttles work on the lake. He gave us good places to eat/shop and/or order to be delivered in the evening. Mario is a very available and accommodating host. The apartment is true to the listing and very clean. We would highly recommend Mario and his apartment!

Joelle is very responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Super position with easy access to many beautiful hikes (some start exactly from the apartment e.g. Rocabella or Pass da Sett), lots of tranquility, and a quick drive to more populated Engadin and Surses.

Everything works fine with great view. Response is very quick. Don’t hesitate to choose this cheap but gorgeous house!
