Lake house vacation rentals in Cedar Bluff

It was a great place to rest and relax for a couple days. The home was so cute and cozy. It was very clean and has everything there that you could need. She is very responsive to messages and even left a sweet note with some goodies for us. The only issue with the house was it was pretty chilly when we arrived and also in the mornings and the electric heaters take a little bit to warm the house up.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay for our family Christmas. The house was spacious and very accommodating for all of us. It’s in a beautiful tranquil location and I will definitely rent again!! Thank you so much Victoria for being a great host and sharing this lovely home!

The place was beautiful! Check in was easy. The driveway was a bit intimidating, and it looked like more parking in the pictures, but that wasn't their fault. All the security features were great, easy to understand. Kitchen had all the items we could've needed! Beautifully decorated! The Hostess Nicole was wonderful! Helped me to get it booked as early as possible to ensure we were able to get it. Only complaints: - that we needed more towels - needed some curtains on the windows, especially the door downstairs with the bunk beds. We had to use the long wedding dresses to hang over there to block the open window bc the girls were spooked by it. (That may not bother some people!) - and that there wasn't a bathroom downstairs, which would have been super helpful. However the hosts made the most of the area and there was a sink and mirrors which helped the girls get ready!! Would definitely go back there again!

Fantastic. As described. The private boat launch and dock were a must for us bringing our own boat. Very private and quiet. Will 100% be coming back!

Our stay in your home was very peaceful and relaxing! My little family loved everything about it and we would absolutely stay there again!

We had a great time at the lake house. We could easily spread out. The two dining areas were great for the kids. We enjoyed the hammocks and the kayaks. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Home was in a beautiful location and very quite neighbors. We came into town under sad circumstances for a funeral and having a quiet and spacious place to stay is just what we needed. The host provides an extremely detailed welcome book, and very responsive to messages. We appreciated that he was able to accommodate us under short notice and that there were no issues.

This place was such a peaceful getaway. Right on the water and a beautiful home. The house had everything you’d think of, from toiletries to k-cups, and even toys for our little ones! We enjoyed the outdoor areas while weather was good, and had space to play board games and watch movies while it stormed! The host was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely we returning to this Airbnb.

This review is long overdue, but Evelyn's Cottage was amazing. Originally started out as a business trip, but turned into a mini family vacation on my birthday. Christine is great. Great communicator, accomodated my VERY blended family. Being from South Carolina, this place felt like home. I would definelty recommend this place for anyone trying to get away from the hustle and bustle and to a charming antinque cottage on a farm. 5 stars for accomodations, cleanliness, responsivness and southern hospitality. Thanks Christine! Look forward to seeing you again.

Great house close to the lake and two golf courses

This was a great place to stay for a weekend peaceful nature filled get away. They provide such wonderful amenities and activities. They have thought through every detail to make it all nicely come together.

Great place to stay and very clean. It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere we felt like as far as a town to make a run to get something but we had mostly everything before getting there. We stayed for the event going on at Indian Mountain Atv Park which is about 35 min out so parking was a little tight for 3 trucks and trailers but owners were plenty helpful in letting us use the backyard as well. Overall no complaints.

Was an amazing stay. I personally felt welcomed from the time I walked in. Questions answered immediately, had fishing poles and dock and even caught a few bass. Above and beyond!

Great place to stay with Family and enjoy the lake. Easy access to lake and only a few minutes from restaurants and stores. The air works great. We loved the screened in back porch. We enjoyed making memories at Paw Paws place. Thank you Katie.

Edwin’s place fit my needs perfectly. I was on a work related trip and needed peace and quiet when not at work. This location filled that need as well as being close to areas to shop, grocery stores, and restaurants. Wi-Fi network was also very good.

This home met our expectations. It was on the river and provided a spectacular view. So many birds and ducks to watch The layout of the home was wonderful for our two families. Two bedrooms at one end and two at the other. The kitchen was furnished with high quality silverware , dishes and plenty of serving dishes and cookware. The only difficulty we found was a lack of towel bars in the bathroom No place to hang bath and hot tub towels. By the way my grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub even in 30 degree weather We highly recommend this home for your consideration when staying in the area

Fantastic stay! The Effie house is absolutely adorable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, with views of cotton fields and Lake Weiss; sunsets over the water were amazing. John and his wife were so hospitable and readily available anytime something came up. Highest recommendations!

My family of 6 has a great Labor Day weekend at this lake house. The boat launch was extremely close and we were able to enjoy fishing the whole time. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Spotless clean, very safe, easy to find, gorgeous views! The host was exceptional, they had left us everything we needed and they also had an additional list of supplies and tools you could request for free! They provided lots of games and activities like Kayaks. They had put together a book with all the information you'll need about the area including restaurants, hikes, parks, etc. we had an amazing time, it was peaceful and quiet! Just what we needed! The hosts were super responsive and very polite! We literally got a response in less than 10 minutes! I will 100% come back and have already recommended this place to all of our family and friends! This is an excellent place to stay to fish Lake Weiss! The drive way will accommodate two full size truck with bass boats on each. The driveway is easy to access, and the house is clost to multiple boat ramps. I stay in an airbnb home multiple times a year, and Meagan is the most responsive host I have dealt with on my travels. She responded to several communicates during our 9 day stay within minutes each time. The only suggestion that I have: we could not locate grilling utensiles to go along with the excellent grill. I highly recommend this place for anyone!
