A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

We loved our stay at the Megan house! it's obviously an older property but it's well taken care of and well loved. the location was exactly what we were looking for, right on the lake with excellent views, and close enough for adventures in the Ithaca area. the beds were comfy and Roy and Molly have excellent communication and are very clear in their recommendations and requests. we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at Annie's. You absolutely cannot beat the lake location. We loved all of the windows in the house and hearing the waves lap against the shore. Just what we wanted for a weekend getaway. The bathroom was pretty bare bones, but just what you need for a couple nights for two people. We hope to come back in the summer 😁 thanks again, Annie!

We had an amazing stay at “The Lake”! The house was spotless, and the quiet atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the games provided endless fun for both kids and adults—Scrabble nights and life-size Jenga were highlights! It was the week before Labor Day weekend, and the lake was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Renting a boat made it feel like we had the whole lake to ourselves, which was a fantastic bonus. We loved the short drive to Harriet State Park for stunning views and hikes, and Mill Street Cafe became our go-to for breakfast and evening ice cream. The thoughtful welcome gift and note from our hosts made us feel right at home. We even spotted bald eagles and enjoyed breathtaking views of the Milky Way on clear nights. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The primary bedroom was even bigger than expected and the downstairs was also a great size! Beautiful views of the lake, we spent an entire day on the dock. Also very private, loved getting away for the weekend to recharge before the school year begins! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. The area was so serene and picturesque we almost skipped touring some vineyards to hang out on the back porch. We enjoyed cozy nights by the small propane fireplace and stunningly colorful mornings by the dock watching the sun and mist rise over Waneta Lake. The property was clean, warm, and well-taken care of and the coffeemaker, souvenir trinkets, and kayaks were a really nice touch. 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed our first trip to the Finger Lakes area so much! The house was perfect for the two of us and would work for a 2nd couple. Beautiful sunsets and the lake views are great. Everything was super clean, towels and sheets smelled freshly washed. Sweet little touches, including a fun surprise and bottles of water chilling in the fridge on arrival. The host provided so many recommendations, including a page that was customized for us based on what we shared prior to arriving. We had a great mix of hiking in Ithaca/Watkins Glen and sampling our way through the day at winery’s, brewery’s, and distillery’s. There’s lots to see and do, we hit just about every recommendation provided to us by the host and they were all great. Our favorite stops were Finger Lakes Distillery, The Scalehouse Brewery (the meatballs are legit), JR Dill (Cayuga sparkling is 🙌), Elf on Oak (breakfast), The Grist Iron, and more! The house is in a perfect location, easy to get to every thing. Highly recommend!

Our stay was spectacular. You can't beat the view, the kitchen had everything you would need and more and the beds were SO comfortable! We had to draw straws to see who was staying in the boathouse room! Coffee on the dock in the morning and wine on the dock in the evening, how could anyone complain about that! We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Thanks Karen!

This was the 3rd year that Dina and her family graciously shared their property with us. My friends and I enjoy the coziness and family friendly atmosphere that is depicted in the photos. This is definitely a place where you can loose yourself in the vastness of the trees, the lake, and lastly the quiet. Makes for true retreat for the soul.
