Beachfront vacation rentals in Cayucos

I loved the location of this room. I felt safe at all times. The bed was the most comfy on earth! The location is perfect for beach combers and is a very convenient location for visiting the other local beaches and fun beach shopping and dinning. My brother will be renting this same unit in May. I will be back next year for sure!!

Amber was an amazing and detailed host!!! We loved the place and how close it to was to restaurants & the beach.

Marlene's place is beautiful and peaceful. So many things you can do just in her backyard if you want to relax and stay in. We were only here for a weekend and explored a bit, coming and going was easy. Appliances were easy to use or figure out (hot tub jets). The bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked and had supplies for every type of coffee drinker you are. Very wonderful stay. I will definitely look for Marlene's place again when we come back.

The location is perfect, the unit is cute and pristine and we saw the most amazing and beautiful sunset of our lives there!

Great stay at this beautiful beach getaway. Location was easy to access and quiet, with spectacular views. Overall the house has everything our group of 5 could ask for, was very comfortable and homey. The house did have a mix of modern and some dated features both for furniture and amenities, if you're looking for luxury everything this isn't updated in every room, but there were no complaints on our end and we still felt the value was there for the incredible views and location. There is a neighboring house close on each side but it still felt incredibly private and we never really saw or heard any others.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s 16th bday. The house was very accommodating for our family of 8. It was close to Pismo and SLO for shopping & restaurants. Walking distance to the beach & extremely close to the dunes. The garage housed all of our ATV’s, which was a huge + Hiking trails were close by. We brought our two beagles & found an awesome doggy day camp in Arroyo Grande (Love Dog’s Camp), which was 13 mins south, so we were able to have some time not worrying about them while we enjoyed our day sightseeing. The house was perfect! Nice open kitchen, dining, & living room, the beds were really comfy (I’m picky when it comes to that!) I slept great!! I didn’t get to enjoy the bath tub or the heated floors, but if I go back, I’ll plan to utilize both of those. The roof with the hot tub &corn hole game kept everyone well entertained. My fave was the accordion door that opens the living room to the patio with the cool beach breeze. A+ to Courtney she’s a keeper!

We had such a wonderful time🌴The beachy studio is very clean, well equipped and comfortably set back a bit which added extra privacy. Amber & Bryan are very responsive and kind providing great recommendations & meeting our needs immediately. There are so many wonderful things to do close by within walking distance and a short drive away too. They also provide a few extra perks too 🥰 You can tell they want guests to have what they would want when traveling paying attention to detail🌴 A real gem that we found. Beautiful slice of heaven. Soak in the sounds and smells of the ocean while relaxing in the sun at this awesome house. Couldn’t ask for a better location. If you are looking for some peaceful serenity near all kinds of beautiful nature than this is your spot!

We loved this place and would return again! One of our favorite things about it was the 2 large windows which provided an “amazing” view of the ocean where we could watch the rolling waves and catch a sunset. A large side window also gives a view of the ocean and a beautiful cypress tree with Morro Rock in the background. There’s a public stairway to the dog friendly beach just steps away. The lovely downtown just minutes away by car had several nice restaurants, coffee and pastry shops, specialty stores and a beautiful pier. Morro Bay is 4 miles south and Cambria is 18 miles north, which makes Cayucos the perfect location.

We had 6 sleep comfortably using the air mattress. We did host dinner for 13 comfortably. Shower pressure was good. Hot water was always present. Had good laundry and dryer machines. Clean place. Convenient location. Can walk downtown in 10 minutes and to the beach in 5 minutes. Check in was easy. I think there was a hiccup because we didn’t receive the door code prior to check in. However, I was able to text Newell, and he called me back with the code. Newell was quick to help us with other minor things to help make our stay enjoyable. One thing to add on is easier access to netflix and amazon prime. The Smart TV only works with Samsung phones. We had to do a hack to connect a laptop to the TV and then use the internet wifi to access Netflix and Amazon Prime. However, this was a minor issue. We loved using the fireplace! We left items behind accidentally, but Newell allowed us to get them. Overall we had a 5 star stay, and we had a memorable and warm time.

Beautiful single family 3br house right by the beach. Very dog friendly yard (fences and gates). Lovely little town with shops and restaurants. Easy check in and check out - highly recommend.

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was so cute, clean, and unique. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The porch right on the water was amazing too. We splurged a bit to stay here but it was well worth it!

Rental company was very communicative, house was very clean and well stocked. Very pleasant stay and loved Morro Bay! Visit the state park: golf, canoeing, hiking etc.

We had a great time staying at the RV! It was clean, fit 2 people and a small dog easily. It was easy to get in and out and explore the Pismo Beach area.

Walking distance to the beach with many games to play.

Michelle was a wonderful host! She communicated well and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back! My teenage daughter’s loved the pool and we took lovely walks with the dog. We are very familiar with the area so we did not ask for recommendations but I would have not hesitated to ask her if I had a question. Thank you Michelle for a lovely stay!
