Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Çayırova

This is one of the best place to stay in Nicosia. You will find everything as described in the pictures and details. There are plentiful of stuffs like cutlery/linen. At last great Host. Very responsive with friendly voice. This is going to be my den whenever i visit Nicosia.

I had a great stay at Mike's place along with my 2 kids for a week. All 3 of us felt like home. Ideal for short or longer term stays. The place was spotless and had everything that's needed for the guests to feel like home. Really close to the city centre, supermarket right next to your door which is super convenient and easy access to go anywhere within or outside Nicosia! I'll certainly get back and recommend it to friends! Thanks for the wonderful stay Mike!

Sparkling and gorgeous luxury apartment. The owners are incredibly friendly and even helped me with a medical problem I had. The area is the best and the views of the mountains are amazing. I was very happy during my stay with Secil and would go back without thinking twice. Thank you so much for everything.

Dino was very easy to communicate with, responsive, and friendly. He accommodated our last minute booking and later checkout, which was very much appreciated. The place is clean and comfortable. Easy parking, many amenities, small supermarket 5 minute walk, and restaurants at your door stop. There is some noise from the street at night to be aware of - cars, horns, people talking - all of which should be fine for those used to a road facing apartment. We’d recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you for everything, Dino!

This was such a great stay and worth every penny. Menelaos's place is in the heart of the centre with so many stores, restaurants, bars etc literally at your door step which made heading out and back so easy the property was very clean and looked exactly like the photos the check in was very easy and we even had a late check out which made things a lot easier Menelaos was a very nice host and always responded to any queries very fast. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Our host was like the place...... PERFECT!!! Indre has always provided us with the current news of the facility. The place was so lovely and convenient for me and my family. Whether the gym, the playgrounds or the direct location to the beach, for kids, couples it's easy for everyone. Indre goes above and beyond. When we had something to fix, she immediately arranged everything. All staff at the facility were very friendly and eager I and my family can only recommend the apartment and the entire complex. We will be back for sure!!!!!!!!!!

The location was suitable if you want to travel by bus specially. The place was clean and Mario was always paying attention to our needs.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Place was amazing, very well equipped, thoughtful compliments at the fridge. Host was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Villa is in perfect condition, cozy and enough place for 6 people. We enjoyed our stay and would want to come again next time. Highly recommend 👌

Berke was so helpful and kind and hospitable and his place is truly gorgeous at the foot of the Kyrenia Mountains just once minute from the sea... Cozy place with everything we needed. Will stay again!

We can highly recommended this place. What a beautiful place to wake up to. Also Rosie and Jonathan have been so nice and the communication was very easy. What we did not like was that there was no door to the bathroom in the second house and when someone was awake in the living room in the main house it was really hard to sleep upstairs because you can hear everything. Apart from that it was really amazing and beautiful. Also very well equipped.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Comfortable for families with the kids Lots of walking tones. Everything was great!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was comfortable and well-kept, and the host was incredibly nice and responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated how accommodating they were throughout our stay. While the apartment is a bit far from the sea and the surrounding area doesn’t have a lot of activities within walking distance, having a car made it easy to get around and explore. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet place and plan to have transportation, this is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!

Stayed for a full month and enjoyed every day. Chryso responds quickly.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

If you have chosen this home on your trip to Nicosia, it's all you have to enjoy your holiday. The house is much warmer and nicer than the pictures show. All the details have been considered. I care a lot about cleanliness and hygiene. She was very good about that as well. The house is within walking distance to the center, you can go to local shopping, nice cafes and restaurants without a car. I rented a car and immediately parked on the street where the house was, I didn't get a ticket:) I stayed by myself, the location and the house were quite safe. Finally, the host, Ozi, never disconnects; he helps with everything. I would stay again on my next trip. Thanks for everything Ozi 🙏
