Berke was so helpful and kind and hospitable and his place is truly gorgeous at the foot of the Kyrenia Mountains just once minute from the sea... Cozy place with everything we needed. Will stay again!

We stayed as a family of 6 including 2 young kids over Christmas. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean and had absolutely everything we needed (including Xmas decorations which was a lovely touch). Jacuzzi was great and hot and we paid to heat the pool which was totally worth it for winter swimming. the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there bbq / outdoor kitchen was good. the outside area was amazing, with a mini playground and tranpoline for the kids. location superb for the beach or a walk along the coast. even had buckets and spades to use! communication from owner was excellent and we will definitely stay again!

Dear era, thank you so much for the great time at your place. We were warmly welcomed and we didn't miss anything. Since we were there over Christmas, there was even a Christmas tree and a homemade cake. We have never been so lovingly pampered in an AirBnB. Your house was beautiful, well equipped and we could go swimming every morning in the small bay just a few steps away. Those looking for errors will not find any! This is how vacation can and should be. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be happy to come back. Best regards

Efi was so helpful for our entire stay. She was a wonderful host with a beautiful, quiet and clean home. My family and I stayed for 5 weeks and felt very comfortable the entire time, and Efi would regularly check in with us that we were okay / if we needed anything. Her sister Yiota was very lovely too, and brought us flowers when we recieved some sad family news. I would highly recommend staying in this home!

We had a lovely week at the AirBnb. The place was as shown in the pictures. The pool was nice and big, there was an outdoor shower and also plenty of loungers and towels for showering and swimming. There was working air conditioning everywhere. The most important kitchen utensils were available, but a little more cutlery (spoons) would not have hurt. Unfortunately, the beds were a little saggy, a bed creaked extremely, so sleeping was unfortunately not so restful. The location is great, within walking distance you can reach a supermarket with all the necessary things and by car/bolt you are in 5 minutes in Ayia Napa, where there are many nice restaurants and opportunities for activities. You can also walk to a beautiful stretch of beach in a few minutes.

We booked it only because of private pool and what we got was….. Lots of. 1.drinking water bottles, 2.biscuit packets. 3.freezer full of ice cubes&ice cream. 4.toilet rolls and kitchen towels 5.shower gel and shampoo in both bathrooms. 6.every other day pool maintenance. 7.tables every where for you to sit and enjoy your tea, coffee or food. 8.fully functional kitchen with new dishes. 9. New air conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and sitting room. 10.own gated parking. 11. Washing machine with soap powder and softener. The reason i mentioned all these petty things is to show how committed she is to her guests( personally i haven’t seen someone supplying those things in my past experiences). In the end a happy heavily tanned family of six returning home just because of a little extra effort put in by the super host, thanks Ayca, hope to see you soon

Great place and such a nice touch from Sophia to have a Christmas tree in the house and 2 little gifts for our children. Very thoughtful and appreciated. it's a small walk from the beach and very easy to get to. You will find anything you need for a family of 4.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Beautiful apartment! Clean and tidy; good beds, all equipment you need for cooking at home. Short stroll to the center and to the beach promenade. Very good communication with the host, thank you for letting us stay a little bit longer, as our flight left very late. Can definitely recommend this apartment, as activity the strolls on the promenade in sun set are very nice. Also the sculpture park, which is huge, is nice to visit. We also had moussaka and stifades at Costas, in center, very good food! Thank you for a nice stay!

Alexandros is an excellent host! He even took the time to put the air conditioning to work so we could find a cool place when we checked in. He pays attention to details something very kind and cute. He always leaves complimentary drinks in the fridge and even some snacks. Everything was clean and smelled great we could feel like home from the first minute! Thank you so much! Big spacious modern apartment with everything you need for a few days stay.has excellent WiFi The host is quick to respond to any questions and the information received before check in was detailed and accurate - it’s very simple to find the building and the key safe for self check in It’s easy to park on the road outside the apartment and is around 10 minutes walk to the old walled town which has plenty of bars and restaurants I recommend a visit to the ghost town of Varosha which is 30 minutes walk away or 7 minutes drive with a large free car park- it’s free to enter and you can hire a bike for 100 lira for 4 hours to really explore All in all it’s an accurate description on the profile of the place and we enjoyed our stay there

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Any recommendation for Teri's apartment. I am very satisfied with the location, the apartment, Teri's kindness. Everything was impeccable.🔝🔝🔝

Pros: Spacious and nice apartment, large nice balcony. Cons: One bedroom with too much light with no option to make it darker, location is good but there is closer to the beach places.

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x
