Condo vacation rentals in Caye Caulker

We loved our stay at Palm Life it was beautiful clean and Brad was an amazing host. Would highly recommend this place to anyone e seeking a quiet get away to a tropical paradise

Blue Zen resort is beautiful with lots of amenities—-amazing pools, views, pool bar, restaurant, over the water hammocks, etc. The condo was modern and spacious with great appliances and bathrooms. To get to the main area of Caye Caulker, a free boat shuttle is provided. However the last one returns at 10 pm so this is a watch out for those who would prefer to stay out late. There is an on-site Mercantile to purchase extra coffee pods and dishwasher and laundry detergent (none provided). There is currently construction in-progress at adjacent site but we really couldn’t hear it when in the suite. The staff at the resort were very helpful and responsive.

Central location and easy access to the island. Office staff was responsive and helped us with a few items we did not understand. Unit was comfortable and the roof top area a real plus. Mercedes made us feel right at home and very welcome.

We loved Bobbi's Place, bed were very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed Lots of places to eat close. The pool was perfect and the locals were great ! I felt more comfortable walking around there than I do in the city that I am from. Ron

Lovely space with helpful amenities. Happy that air conditioning worked. The bit of kitchen utensils were a nice addition. Even the detail of having a broom and dustpan was great when you’re that close to the beach. Sand easily tracks in. The roof top deck with hammocks was perfect! A comfortable futon in the “living room” was perfect for my son. Short walk from the ferry. Loved being able to drop our bags at the front desk.

Palm life is absolutely WONDERFUL! Our hosts met us & had drivers, ferry arrangements set up for us even with our late arrival. We spent just over a week & I only wish we had more time. Our favorite thing was just swimming off the dock, it was like having a private ocean. The swimming is incredible, crystal clear water that’s like glass. I am part fish & the swimming options are very important to me! I found nowhere on the north or South Island that even came close (& we went ALL over) The bikes were super fun to cruise around on and see the rest of the island. But nothing compared to just going home for the day to palm life. We got a special bonus getting to meet the owners and have our stay while they were also in Belize, and I just can’t say enough good about them or the whole experience. We have stayed in countless airb&bs and PalmLife may be my number one. Will def return & I won’t even bother looking for anywhere else. So many thoughtful things- bug spray, rain ponchos, etc.

Would have loved to stay longer. Loved having tea on the deck looking at the ocean. The three of us appreciated the large area and king sized beds, having bottled water available. The unit is close to everything and minutes from the water ferry. The local recommendations were helpful.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

The place was great. The staff was very accommodating especially since we brought our dog with us. It’s hard finding places that allow dogs, It is definitely a dog friendly place. Would definitely recommend to everyone

Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Communication was prompt and they checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. Area was calm and quiet with a convenience store steps away from the property and a few restaurants near by. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend for all looking for a clean peaceful place to stay. Golf cart rental suggested for trips to town.

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

World class location right on the beach, walkable to everything in san pedro. Plenty of bars, live music, and food surrounding you. Did a discounted day excursion with the host’s tour company. Very clean, simple accommodation that had everything you need. The fromt porch os 25 feet from the ocean and great for people watching. Enjoyed getting a cold beer from Gill-Es next door. All the local people were very easy going

We absolutely loved this place. It was very walkable and there were bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks to use for all guests. The place was very comfortable and has nice kitchen appliances and kitchen tools. We would stay here again without any hesitations. Stuart was very responsive and was able to arrange transport that was convenient and very reasonably priced. You can’t be disappointed with this selection.

Great spot just outside of the bustle of San Pedro. Great little coffee spot on your porch. Safe, private and accessible. Everything you could want from a beach spot!

Loved this condo at Popeyes resort! It is a great location on Caye Caulker with a pool & restaurant/ bar on site (Salty's). We loved that it was on the side of the complex instead of right in front of Saltys. It was much more peaceful & quiet when there was live music/partying at the restaurant/bar. Very close to both water taxis, easy to find & walk to. We walked to everything on Caye Caulker but you can rent bikes or golf carts. Dish soap, bar soap, towels are provided & the air conditioning was very nice! There is hot water for showering & water can be purchased at the office. Popeyes employees are great & the place feels really safe. We walked the main streets at night & also felt very safe. Fridge, hot plate, microwave & dishes are provided. Spotty wifi for TV but we got it to work a couple times . There are many tour companies all around Caye Caulker & can be booked in person when on the island. We stayed a week & could have stayed longer!

Perfect place to stay for solo traveling or a couples trip. The location is right off the beach and super close to the dock if traveling in by water taxi. I loved this unit because I extended my stay in Bélize and this unit was available, clean, super easy to check in and worth the price. I would definitely stay here again

Great location with a short walk to many restaurants, shops, tour operators and a ferry terminal. Clean modern space, with a nice semiprivate rooftop patio. The bed was comfortable with quiet AC for humid days. The kitchen is small, but good for quick meals. Check-in was easy and the reception was friendly. The property has a nice, shared pool to cool off. If you really need a good internet, then get a Tourist SIM from Digi since Wi-Fi is weak. It is better at the reception area and all restaurants have free Wi-Fi. We enjoy staying at this place.

Lovely ocean front unit with amazing views. Everything in walking distance. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again and again.
