Condo vacation rentals in Caye Caulker

We absolutely love CC but this was our first time to stay on the Northside. It is a lot more remote than south of the split but we were okay with that. We just wanted a get-away that was relaxing and peaceful. The Northside is growing, which is great! But that also means construction of 2 homes nearby. The windows and doors are so solid at Palm Life, you didn't really notice the noise during the day (and we were at the beach a lot). I am a magnet for the bugs and they sure loved me this trip. Make sure you bring lots of spray for the bike ride to the restaurants and beaches that are near by. The restaurants will also come pick you up by golf cart if you call them. The absolute best thing about Palm Life is the amazing sunsets that you are treated to every evening. Absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The apartment is in a small hotel called Popeyes. We found it to be a good size for the two of us. There is a small balcony with a view of the ocean on one side, a tiny balcony in the back, and a large rooftop palapa. It's a short walk from the water taxi station. Caye Caulker is pretty small, so everything is in close proximity. Lots of restaurants and things to do.

The Condo was great. It was exactly as described and perfect for us. There are two excellent restaurants within a one minute walk. The AC was cold, the refrigerator, convection cook top and microwave worked well. There was plenty of hot water. Could not have had a better stay.

We loved Bobbi's Place, bed were very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed Lots of places to eat close. The pool was perfect and the locals were great ! I felt more comfortable walking around there than I do in the city that I am from. Ron

Cozy little condo with an ocean view and private deck with hammocks, and L shaped sectional. Perfect for relaxing after walking about the island.

Fantastic location, many great restaurants in easy walk. Host Heydi was easy to contact and responsive on Whats App, handled requests for taxi (from/to airport in Belize City), more water jugs, etc., very easily. All very well done. At the time we were there, the microwave was bolted shut and the dishwasher was labeled out of order, so that was frustrating. But stovetop and oven worked well, lots of utensils and dishes. Good space and location. Easily Walkable from the water taxi. Very easy/low demand checkout.

Great balcony view in Paradise Villas! This was my second time staying in Paradise Villas and it is just perfect for me. I like being in town, but having the privacy of the small community. The central pool area is well-maintained and the property is just steps away from my favorite Dive Shop -- Chuck & Robbie's. The staff at Paradise Villas is top-notch, too!

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

The place was great. The staff was very accommodating especially since we brought our dog with us. It’s hard finding places that allow dogs, It is definitely a dog friendly place. Would definitely recommend to everyone

This place was great. Stuart booked us a taxi to and from airport and a golf cart taxi to get us to the condo and he even arranged a golf cart to be brought to us to drive around for the few days we were there. Comfy beds. Cold pool. Close to everything. The island is small but this was the best spot on the Main strip, close to the street vendors but far enough away from the real lively stuff so it was quiet. If you’re considering booking, go ahead and do it. Take a fishing excursion and have the vendors right outside cook up your catch. Roof top hot tub was a win for my group!

Peaceful, private, and beautiful. Communication was prompt and they checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. Area was calm and quiet with a convenience store steps away from the property and a few restaurants near by. Overall, I was very pleased with the accommodations. I highly recommend for all looking for a clean peaceful place to stay. Golf cart rental suggested for trips to town.

This place is centrally located. It was the perfect location. The air conditioning worked so well. The place was exactly like the photos. The beds and couch were comfortable. The towels We’re so soft and fluffy. I have no idea how they got them so nice. I also love the extra blankets on the bed. The only thing that could have made our trip better was that it would have been helpful to have a picture of the outside as we found it challenging to find. I wish the shower would have at least had warm water.

We absolutely loved this place. It was very walkable and there were bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks to use for all guests. The place was very comfortable and has nice kitchen appliances and kitchen tools. We would stay here again without any hesitations. Stuart was very responsive and was able to arrange transport that was convenient and very reasonably priced. You can’t be disappointed with this selection.

Great spot just outside of the bustle of San Pedro. Great little coffee spot on your porch. Safe, private and accessible. Everything you could want from a beach spot!

Loved this condo at Popeyes resort! It is a great location on Caye Caulker with a pool & restaurant/ bar on site (Salty's). We loved that it was on the side of the complex instead of right in front of Saltys. It was much more peaceful & quiet when there was live music/partying at the restaurant/bar. Very close to both water taxis, easy to find & walk to. We walked to everything on Caye Caulker but you can rent bikes or golf carts. Dish soap, bar soap, towels are provided & the air conditioning was very nice! There is hot water for showering & water can be purchased at the office. Popeyes employees are great & the place feels really safe. We walked the main streets at night & also felt very safe. Fridge, hot plate, microwave & dishes are provided. Spotty wifi for TV but we got it to work a couple times . There are many tour companies all around Caye Caulker & can be booked in person when on the island. We stayed a week & could have stayed longer!

Great location with a short walk to many restaurants, shops, tour operators and a ferry terminal. Clean modern space, with a nice semiprivate rooftop patio. The bed was comfortable with quiet AC for humid days. The kitchen is small, but good for quick meals. Check-in was easy and the reception was friendly. The property has a nice, shared pool to cool off. If you really need a good internet, then get a Tourist SIM from Digi since Wi-Fi is weak. It is better at the reception area and all restaurants have free Wi-Fi. We enjoy staying at this place.

I stayed at Brandon's place, it's the best unit location at Popeye's. Enough constant breeze that for most of the trip I didn't use AC, I just kept windows and door open to allow that onshore breeze to come through. Terrific view, the village is the best kept secret in the Caribbean.

Close to all your needs, the fun and the water taxi! Have stayed here twice and would again. Brandon made it simple to add on an extra night last minute. Everything went smoothly.

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The apartment had a lot of character, with artistic touches that made it feel cozy and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the space was generally well-equipped for my needs. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. The rooftop was a cool place to hang out and watch the sunrise. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The door was a bit tricky to lock, which took some getting used to. Additionally, while the space was mostly clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. Despite these small concerns, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the condos’ chill vibe and sense of community.

The location was superb. It was close to everything and extremely easy to find. The air condition and fan combo kept the place very cool. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I will stay again.
