Vacation rentals in Caye Caulker

We had a wonderful stay at Island Magic Villas in December! Our villa was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we also very much enjoyed the pool. The location is absolutely beautiful, and everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. Lorena and Robbie in the office were very accomodating any time we needed anything or had any questions. The restaurant on site, Peach on the Beach, had great food and service, and it was so nice to have it right there. The villas are a short walk to the split where we would catch a quick ferry to the south side of the island, but we were also offered complimentary golf cart rides to and from the split whenever we wanted. It really is a magical place, and I highly recommend it!

Wow, what a great find! Sue's place was sparkling clean and had everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. I like that there were reading lamps by the couch and beds. Unlimited fresh water. Friendly pets that my pet crazy friend really enjoyed. One of the best pools on the island. The bed is very comfortable and has a topper if you want a little more cushion. Sue is extremely helpful and informative and makes your stay easy. She has great recommendations and goes out of her way to help with restaurant recommendation. The bikes were very helpful for exploring the island. Sue gives you your space if you want it but just ask if you need anything. I would recommend Sue's place 100%

This was my third stay at the Tortuga Azul. I’ve come down with friends to dive and relax. The location is very close to the Caulker airport, just a short walk. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart though. Most of the action in town is a short ride away, and for super early morning dive departures, it’s nice to be able to ride. There is a restaurant basically next door, Suggestion Gourmet. Its not the typical island fare, more of a French place, but it’s the most serene setting. I can’t speak to all of the beds, but the one I’ve slept in every year has been comfortable. The rooms all have individual AC, so you can sleep at your own preferred temp. The property manager, Michael, is quick to respond via What’s App. I will continue to stay at Tortuga for my repeat trips to the island.

Lucrecia was so friendly and helpful, helped arrange transportation from Belize City to water taxi and then to the property once on the island. She was quickly responsive to our questions and requests and gave us great info about the island. We can’t wait to return to the Pelican house!!

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Caye Caulker. A little far from the “main strip” but I felt like it enhanced our experience. We were able to see places that we wouldn’t have seen if we were staying closer to everything. Everything was as described and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Nina (and her family) were incredibly helpful and communicative. They arranged our transportation, took care of small things as needed, helped us book an awesome boat / snorkeling trip when we had a last-minute issue with our existing booking, etc. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs, and nicely located. We had a great time in Caye Caulker!

Over-delivered in every way! Amanda was quick to respond to questions and requests. The place was perfect - clean, well equipped, fresh. My favourite part was the central location; 2 minutes from the ferry port and surrounded by great restaurants. Very attentive hosts too! Amanda arranged my transport from Belize International, and Jim was right there with his golf cart when my taxi to the island airport didn’t show up. Thank you Amanda and Jim!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

we had a really great stay for 3 nights with our 2 young kids. the location is great, easy to walk to anything you need. Stuart helped arrange a golf cart taxi to and from the water taxi, and Danny greeted us and was really helpful. there was a pack and play for us, the unit was really clean, comfortable, and in great working order. great spot if you're traveling with kids and want an extra bedroom and space to lounge and eat in.

Always love coming back to Rasta Towers, views from the room and rooftop are great!

Vincent was quick to respond with answers to my questions and offered suggestions when asked. Michael, who is the property manager, was friendly. He communicated well with us and responded quickly to a few needs we had. He ensured that we had the two bikes at the location reserved just for us but we really only needed them to explore the north side of the Island. It was a quick walk to the water taxi which was no issue other than having to pay to cross each time and it the last trip ends at 10:00 p.m. We bought a punch card which made it more cost effective. The view is fantastic and loved having a little more privacy than many of the other places on the Island. We would love to stay there again.

Cariventa is gorgeous. If you want a lazy day the pool is perfect and the roof is a wonderful spot for the sunset. The fireflies were beautiful. Grab one of the bikes and go explore! So good. It is not in town but literally a 10 min bike into town. We spent ten days in Caye Caulker at Cariventa. 💯 would stay here again. Steffi was so proactive and her comprehensive knowledge and passion for the island was super helpful and definitely made our stay 💗. The beds are comfy, lots of space and storage but nicely appointed and everyone had a bit of space to ensure this holiday was lovely. Thanks Steffi! From Gillie, Christy and Felix

Kirk as very helpful leading up to our stay with notes and messages. The condo was exactly as described in the photos. The floors were spotless, super clean throughout the unit. I loved the personal touch of artwork photos from the area. It was spacious for two, would recommend it for a trip to Caye Caulker :)

Great place central to everything on the Island. Exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved the upstairs deck. Easy to check in, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great communications with the owner, super quick in responding. Super easy to find and short walk from the ferry terminals. Lovely sea views and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only downside was we didn’t stay long enough. Will definitely be back.

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!

Stayed one night there. Nice host and kept our bags for us the next day after check-out. It’s not a whole lot but good enough to rest for the night. Close walk to the Split and restaurants. Beach is just right in front.

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

How wonderful to have the plunge pool after exploring the island! We had wonderful conversations and drinks with those staying at the other cottages too. The cottages were more roomy than I thought they would be. We did not do any cooking (too many restaurants to try out), but did note there wasn't any basic provisions (salt, pepper, oil, etc) provided so consider that if you plan on cooking. There is also a nice sized grocery store just a few minutes walk from the cottage. We had a couple of pretty cool showers, but did not contact Michael to ask him if there was something to be done about that (wasn't too bad). Michael was very responsive to the questions we did ask and we truly appreciated him coordinating a ride to the water taxi on the morning we left. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were big and there were multiple places to set up our belongings. We loved sitting on the porch in the hammocks after settling in for the evening. The house is close to several bars and restaurants so even with people walking around the house at all hours, it still felt fairly quiet and private since you stay on the 2nd floor. Amelia was very responsive and accommodating. She brought fresh towels mid-way through our trip and was very helpful with giving an overview of the area when we checked in. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The Bohemian was perfect - even better than expected! The pool and grounds are private, quiet and so well maintained. The villa with a private dock and incredible view must be one of the nicest places to stay on Caye Caulker. Zen, the host, provided transport to and from the water taxi and was so responsive to our questions and needs. I had a wonderful massage right on the private dock that Zen booked for me! The bikes and kayaks are a plus, but the entire island is walkable. The restaurants were wonderful and the locals are great - always felt safe! Will definitely stay there again!

My first visit to Belize turned out to be an amazing experience and huge success largely due to the assistance that was provided by the hosts. I've had many Airbnb's and some really good hosts but these guys are the best. Very proactive and communicated well prior to travel, upon check in and throughout my stay. They are as good as it gets. The property was amazing, spotless, didn't see a single bug. The pool was well maintained and very clean. I will definitely be visiting again.

The cottage was perfect for us! Private, secluded, comfortable and a 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach...Koko King Beach! The good morning palapa in the back yard, facing the reef is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sun comes up and the east facing covered porch is great for afternoon/evening hangout. Sunsets across the street at Koko KIng are the best. Have to admit we were skeptical with no AC but the fans and the ocean breezes kept us cool and if we got hot...we jumped in the sea. Also, we had no bug issues. there are 4 good restaurants on the north island now and a basic convenience store for most of your needs. The split ferry is a 5 minute walk. Can't say enough good stuff about this place except...see you next year as we WILL be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!
