Fantastic stay, thank you so much! Very comfy, clean, warm and had everything you could possible need! Hope to return again one day. Really well situated - we visited the aquarium on Saturday after doing the 5k park run and then explored Royal William yard after the 2k junior park run, which was right behind the house!

We were moving out of a long-term rental and needed a place to stay for a few nights. William’s place was perfect as it was just one street away from our rental flat and it also had plenty of space for us to spread out. We had stayed at this same unit over Christmas a couple of years earlier and liked it very much - hence booking again. The unit is very well appointed and equipped. It’s in a great location, just a street away from The Hoe, plus being a very easy to walk to theatres, restaurant, shops, and The Barbican. William is a great host with excellent communication. All questions were answered quickly and issues resolved in a timely fashion. We have learned that William manages other properties in Cornwall and Devon, so will certainly book again in one of his units for our future mini breaks.

Could not rate anything other than 5*!!! Tara’s place is absolutely incredible, firstly the space itself is homely and welcoming but nicely spacious. The outdoor area was outstanding, either a sunny day looking at the views of the lake or a clear night watching the stars it was amazing. The hot tub was a lovely benefit as well on an evening. Tara was super responsive with messaging and greeted us when we arrived which we appreciated. Overall, I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place enough we loved it and couldn’t have asked for more!

Such a lovely place!! Quite hard to get around if you don’t have a car but the walks come with amazing views. We ate at a few places in town and the food was amazing and the people were so nice, will definitely think about visiting again in the summer. The actual villa was exactly like the picture and it was so clean and organised. Colin was a lovely host and provided us with amenities that we did not expect but we were so grateful for.

We had a wonderful few days in Salcombe at Freya's beautiful apartment. The views from the windows were wonderful and the apartment itself was perfect. There is nothing that could be improved - we loved it and already hoping to return. Thank you Freya for making us so welcome.

My family spent a week over Christmas in the apartment. It was bigger than it looks in the pictures and we had a lovely stay. We found the beds to be comfortable. A large towel per person was provided. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Great views out to the countryside from the living room window. Lot's of DVD's (especially kids) and a few games are provided. The apartment is around a 15 minute walk to Fowey Town Centre (downhill on the way, uphill on the way back). Would recommend as a base for exploring Cornwall.

Simply paradise. The apartment was in the most amazing location and of a very high standard. It was very well equipped, with lots of handy extras. A home from home. Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. The welcome gift was a lovely gesture. The views, the peace, the walks from the door and local eateries were excellent.

A perfect location for our needs. There was more than enough room and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone with a large family or group of people requiring a stay in Plymouth. Very informative from the host and if ever we needed to stay in Plymouth again I would not hesitate to book this accommodation.

Just a long weekend stay but the apartment was great. Amazing views up and down the estuary and across to field of sheep opposite. It was very relaxing watching the boats go by and with plenty of space for 7 of us and a dog. Nice to have dedicated parking spaces too. I must bring my paddle board next time!

The property was a great place to say and very well maintained. We would definitely stay there again if every in the area. Daryl was an amazing host and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay. Jenny was super responsive and helpful with all questions. The farm stay was clean and as described. nice area out front with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine in the evening and a great games room and trampoline and swing for kids to play with. would definitely stay again. Great value and perfect location to explore the South Devon coast.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. Really enjoyed our a stay at James, comfortable beds, roomy sitting room, loved the balcony even if it was bit cold to enjoy it properly. Well equipped kitchen, parking space underground, and a short walk to the main high street.

This is our second stay at Louise apartment. It is very clean and comfortable as usual. Quiet location. Very responsive from Louise and always accommodate our requests. Highly recommended.

A lovely stay in Lostwithiel. A nice way to start the New Year. Evette is a great host.

We loved our stay at the Captains Cabin. The place was exactly as described with fantastic views and a lovely space with all the things you’d expect to find from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The place was easy to find with clear directions from Jeremy. The book in the apartment also contained all the information you need to ensure you know how to use the space and plenty of ideas across the local area! Thank you to Jeremy for being responsive and brilliant host. If you stay, be sure to check out the Luger Inn.

The flat was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed. Chloe was really kind and went the extra mile to help us out - we will definitely be back!

This was a lovely stay, and we will use this place again. Very central, we had a gig at the pavilions and was super close. Sandie and Dan were very communicative with good visuals as well as written instructions on how to locate and enter. Property itself was very clean and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Everything comfy, chairs, sofa and especially the bed. Thankyou!
