Beautiful place to stay, very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for us! Peaceful and quiet. Host greeted us warmly and was available throughout the stay. Peaceful nice sleep. We will be back!

Beautiful and private villa

Rustic very spacious studio, with garden and barbecue, fireplace and wood-burning stove, very comfortable bed, well-equipped and large kitchen. The house is located in the countryside, in a small complex of villas, very quiet and very close to the village of Suvereto, as well as one minute from a dairy with excellent products (Deiola). The only point of attention is the heating in winter: given the width of the house, in the winter months it is not enough to only turn on the air conditioner, but you also have to access the stove for a few hours. With a couple of hours of stove on, it's great in January too. We appreciated the availability of the wood.

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and to enjoy nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the host brought us a few toys for our friends' child – this made the stay even more pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Very welcoming family and charming place. Kitchen essentials. Beautiful Montepulciano town. You have to walk a bit but nothing problematic. Conad department store and small grocery store close by. Area is splendid.

It was very great at Giovanni's place. He showed everything about the possibilities in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax there wonderfully and of course swim. The unit is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there with our 15 month old child. In addition, Giovanni brought a lot of great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc .) Monika was also super kind and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

We had a wonderful time and were very warmly welcomed. In addition to the great apartment, we were particularly impressed by the kindness of Barbara and her whole team, the excellent breakfast and the beautiful surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Especially with our 6 month old baby we were able to enjoy a relaxed stay in a child-friendly environment and with fantastic service. We will be happy to come back!

The place is really super nice. The view and the pool are wonderful. You can easily get to the beach and still have your peace on the terrace. It's spacious, simple, and clean. There is a delicious pizzeria within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to keep in mind: There is a large group of street cats that are quite intrusive trying to gain access to the apartment. So you have to do something about it. So if you're not particularly cat affin, you can be warned.

Very helpful and kind everyone. The place is very comfortable and very spacious. Two bathrooms. Perfect pool just a few steps from the accommodation. The apartment has dishes, sheets and towels. Perfect! Perfect also because they accept dogs and it's also the ideal place for the dog!

Large old farmhouse on the slope with views over the valley. Village of San Dalmazio with bar/coffee can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. The town of Pomarance by car in 10-15 min. Very nice pool. Centrally located to reach Siena, the coast, Volterra, San Gemignano and various hiking areas about plus/minus 1 hour drive by car. Beautiful large fully equipped kitchen-living room, covered shaded terrace for hot days. Super nice Italian hosts who take care of the 500 olive trees in and around the building and the slope, among other things.

Sassetta is a very nicely located, romantic village in Tuscany. Located in the countryside and is very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided (dishes, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine). The host is always available and very hospitable. We felt very well taken care of, we liked the private beach section with the botanical garden, which you can use. Highly recommended.

Our stay on the island of Elba is to remember, not only for beaches and wonderful places, crystal clear waters and dreamy temperatures, but also thanks to the courteous and discreet presence of our hosts. The area is quiet and surrounded by nature, the apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and with everything you need. Paolo intervened promptly when the shower broke, which in a very short time was repaired and was like new for the rest of our stay. The location is a strategic point to visit the whole island, with every point of interest at a maximum distance of an hour. Marina di Campo, just minutes away, is a delightful center, with a wide beach and a beautiful promenade. Highly recommended! Thanks again to Mrs. Paolo and Grazia.

We spent almost two weeks at Lorenas great apartment and would be happy to come again. It's an idillic place for those who looks for solitude and calmness, and values privacy, beauty and simplicity. There are four little apartments in an large and beautiful garden, each separated and private. The guests are free to walk in the garden. One can drink fresh and clean water from the spring and occationally pick up tasty figues. The view to the see on the sunrise is breathtaking and worth of getting up very early to meet the sun every day. Lorena is a great, friendly and very responsive host and the teritorry is safe for children, as it is a closed territory. Our kids were very welcomed by Lorena and her beautiful mother. The party part of the island is remote, there some very decent and beautiful beaches near the place. In addition we will recommend to visit Fortezza del Giove (40 min walk) and Lageso Rosso, bloody red lake nearby. In short, a rare-find place to stay and great people!

Comfortable house, air conditioning, with a nice outdoor veranda for breakfast and dinner. Good quiet location in the countryside outside the hustle and bustle of the towns and beaches but close to both the north and south coast of the island. The friendly and receptive host lent us the cell phone charger we had forgotten. Enjoy your stay. All good

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

We enjoyed our stay at Matteo's apartment, he is a cool, sympathetic guy. There were also no communication issues cause he speaks english fluently (which is rare in this area).

A small oasis of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. La casetta is a small studio located in a basement equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and hospitable. There's even a gorgeous pork inside a fence that wings people's views. Super Recommended We will definitely be back and also return to the Castiglione della Pescaia area because we still have so much to visit.

My boyfriend and I found Piera's apartment very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Surrounded by nature but within walking distance of the village of Pila and convenient to all the main towns on the island. Piera was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the pleasant hospitality The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in a few minutes in the lively village with all amenities and in 5 minutes on foot on the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked the fact that we were able to arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.
