I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Apartment very well cared for in every detail, consistent and corresponding to the photos. The atmosphere created by the choice of the colors of the furniture and in particular of the green forest for walls and cuisine make the environment very warm and welcoming, with the taste of Mediterranean scrub, perhaps it loses a little in brightness but is still pleasant. We have found attention to detail and kindness from the Host from check-in. Convenient location as it is close to the center of Marina di Campo, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes , the apartment is located in a two-story house with a garden around it, which makes it definitely quieter than more internal solutions to the streets of shops/clubs. Appreciated. The only thing I might have preferred is to have a small sofa in the living area, which instead consists only of the kitchen, otherwise everything is really nice and perfect.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely stay despite the rainy weather! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Sheila was welcoming and responsive and provided nice recommandations in particular for restaurants nearby. We'd happily come back again—hopefully with a bit more sunshine next time!

We felt comfortable right away and we especially liked the large terrace. It is comfortably furnished and very clean. We found the location absolutely perfect. Minimarket and nice restaurant nearby. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Marcello's Cove House is centrally located for excursions. The information in advance was very extensive and valuable. We felt wonderfully cared for by the hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful. We are more than happy to recommend the place. It was a great week, thank you Giovanni.

This was a perfect stay for me with my sister and 2 adult daughters. Stefano went way above and beyond with his hospitality, from recommending places, collecting us late at a bus stop as there was no bus, he offered to fetch us from sunset, ( not needed as we hired a car for a couple of days in Marina) and he dropped us at our ferry when we left. The apartment is flexible and spacious. Well equipped kitchen of course; 2 cats in the garden; a nice 10 min walk to Marina Di campo and about 15 to Galanzano beach. It was perfect and lovely just out of season as restaurants had tables, sun shone mostly.
