Flawless accommodation for sleeping and leaving quickly, friendly and responsive host, quiet neighborhood. The lockbox was a bit temperamental but you just have to insist a little.

We had a great stay in Rouen. We wanted to explore the city with a 3 year old child. The place is big and convenient, it has all amenities. It has quite a few big windows to let some. fresh air in and had some useful roller blinds. The beds were comfy. We cooked our dinner here and has all that you need. Fulgence was a polite and helpful host, which we appreciated!

Everything was great! we'll be back for sure! We come to Rouen regularly, this is the best apartment we have rented so far. Apartment much more spacious than it appears in the photos.

Very nice stay at Emmanuel's. When we arrived, the place was clean, tidy, and well arranged. We were well received. It was easy to park on the street for free. The center of Rouen is a short drive away. Only slight downsides: the stairs a little steep (my daughter slipped and fell) and also the fact that there is no wifi. But otherwise very good, I recommend it and I would come back if I have to come back to Rouen. Thanks a lot to Emmanuel!

We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Apartment had very nice fibe a and atmosphere. Lovely old features and crazy stairs to all rooms. very comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped, nice bathroom. quiet surroundings and walkable distance to old town and railways station. huge benefit of free parking. would recommend.

perfect for a relaxing evening at the hot tub/sauna, everything was clean and super well-equipped. small suggestion for improvement for those who do not know the area: possibility to park but in the adjacent streets close to the Rosa Parks school. Recommended for a relaxing evening

Wonderful location and very quiet for being near the city center. Apartment was private and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Jean-Luc and his cohosts responded promptly when I had questions before and during our stay. Wonderful hosts and beautiful location!
