Nice place to stay, plenty of restaurants and ATM at walking distance.

We really love stay here... Arrive here after a long journey, we felt very excited after entering the house... Mr Qui really help as a lot when check in... He also carried almost all our heavy luggage to upstair and we felt very grateful... The house is very beautiful and the interior design itself sooo nice... The house also really2 close to Ben Thanh Market which is so convinience... As muslim, Halal restaurant is so near and a lot of choice... My family really love to eat Bânh Mi... Shopping mall and Saigon Square also just 6 min walking distance... Its so nice...

Quick responses and feedback were prompt. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I was as satisfied as I wanted to rebook

Nice place and keep good job

Phoenix's place felt like new. Very happy to have picked it! We all had 5 private rooms with each own bathrooms! Each floor was decorated with live plants. Now I just realized if we should have helped water them 😬 Top floor was a great rooftop hanging out spot. Spacious also includes washing machine and drying space Perhaps the only thing was the stairs. I was worried about scratching the walls carrying suitcases upstairs Will definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment above a very asthetic cafe in a cool more local part of town. It’s a bit of a walk to the main sites in district 1, but jump on a grab bike and you’ll have no problems. Host was fantastic and so responsive. Well deffo stay again if we come back to HCM.

Place is as seen just without a carpet. Generally clean and comfortable to stay in. Only thing I am unhappy with is that there was urine stains on the master bedroom toilet seat cover, which was pretty gross imo

Very friendly host, super great location, and very very nice interior. Very French and romantic feel. Definitely not like a traditional Vietnamese Airbnb. Great for couples. As for location, it is also good for single guys in the area.

City Garden is a great place to stay and Konstantino's apartment is wonderful! Big open living space, great for a few guests. Communication is easy and clear - they have a car to pick you up from the airport and bring you direct to the apartment, doesn't get any easier. 10/10 would recommend!

The apartment is spacious and clean. Great location and nice host.

It’s a new listing in a very new, and luxurious building. The apartment had very modern amenities including a bidet and washer/dryer. Only problem is the construction above. Since it’s still very new, the apartments are still being built out so there was a lot of banging noises Monday-Sat, starting early at 7:30-8am. If you are planning to stay here, take that into account. Once the construction is done, this apartment will be an amazing place to stay. I would rebook again.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail matched the listing description, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. Excellent apartment. Very clean, quiet and peaceful . 24/7 security Just a five minute cab ride away from the city Or walk across the bridge. The only con was the swimming pool hours. you’re not allowed to enter after 5 PM which was disappointing to me because the view there would be amazing at night.

Place is squeaky clean. All amenities are in the right order. Unit is pretty new and appliances are in top condition. Small touches of christmassy spirit and little detail gave the place a 5 star !

Mr. Ryan was exceptionally accommodating and supportive. The accommodations were precisely as depicted, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the picturesque pool view.

Bach is a great host. He’s very responsive. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice quiet clean quaint experience

The view is nice, the new apartment is clean, and there are many restaurants around the accommodation.

Of the 3 stays we did over a span of 9 days in Vietnam, Kim's was the most intuitive, clutter free and accessible. There was space for everything. It was fully- functional, spacious, had all basic things you would want in home away from home. The Highland Coffee and Winmart helped us a lot. I was tardy enough to not go through her video instructions so It took me a while to get the access cards but Kim was ever helpful through the process. Amazing stay. I recommend for sure. If am back to HCM would stay again Thanks Kim
