I had a wonderful stay in this apartment, the house was exactly as described in the listing: spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals, and the living room was super cozy with a comfortable sofa and smarTV The bedroom was quiet and the bedding was super fresh and high quality, which made sleep even more enjoyable. Jacopo was amazing! Very helpful and attentive, he gave me all the information I needed to make my stay easy and stress-free. He was also very quick to answer any questions or requests. The location is perfect with all the necessary amenities at your fingertips, parking is always available. The dock is also one of the most beautiful areas in Rimini. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located place with a helpful and professional host. I look forward to coming back!

The location is just perfect in the middle of the street in front of the stand. So quiet but everything nearby is great to reach and only a few steps to the beach (even if we only walk along it in the evening due to the season) The room is very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality.

Communication with Andrea was very good. The place was clean and tidy with a large kitchen that we didn't use. We stayed there to go to the circuit. We reached it on foot, but very close there was the possibility of taking a small train that led to the entrance of the circuit (both on the way and back). We were able to park for free in a parking lot indicated by Andrea's mother who brought us the keys. The lady allowed us to check out later, since the next day there were no guests. It was a very nice gesture and appreciated by all of us. Thanks again for your availability

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

We enjoyed our stay with Nicolò, Roberta and Thor incredibly! ☺️ We traveled together with our two-year-old daughter who slept with us in bed and the location of the apartment was perfect. The long sandy beach is right outside the door (a few meters) and there are small playgrounds everywhere. The communication with Nicolò and Roberta has always worked smoothly. We would definitely come back if we were in Rimini again. Thank you for everything! ☺️🤗

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We spent New Year's Eve in a beautiful home in Fano and we can only praise this experience. The location of the house was a great strong point: located in a quiet but strategic area, it allowed us to easily reach both the historic center and the beaches. A special thank you goes to the owner, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. Communication was clear and quick from the first contact, and any of our questions or requests were welcomed with great professionalism and courtesy. I

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We rented a large ground floor apartment at Serafina in Senigallia, in a house standing on a hill. The hill reaches all the way into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We stayed here for the second time and felt right at home. This is Serafina and her husband Francesco, thanks to their warmth and hospitality. We are happy to come Senigallia because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Vincenzo was a very kind host and always available for any need. The apartment perfectly reflects the description, it is equipped with everything you need (and even more) for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Small but comfortable accommodation: very clean, perfectly heated, quiet, with a nice terrace. Finely furnished, a feminine touch is evident. Great solution for a couple. Recommended not only for those who want to enjoy the sea but also for those like us who like to be able to discover the beautiful hinterland. It is located in a strategic location that offers a lot of opportunities.

A great place to stay, especially for families. Veronica is also a great host. She was always available and a lovely person who is always helpful. If you have any questions, she supported us at any time. The accommodation is on the ground floor and therefore also very convenient with its own entrance. She has lovingly decorated it and the projector in the bedroom is a nice change of pace. Loved it 💙

We loved the stay, Alberto is very friendly, the apartment is as described with a beautiful view of the sea, there are many things to do in the area and we always feel safe. Of course, I recommend it.

Apartment perfectly matching the description and photos, small but equipped with all the comforts. We stayed in 4, 2 adults and 2 boys, enjoying adequate spaces for our short stay. Thanks to the very central location we were able to leave the car in the garage (a surplus not to be underestimated) and get around on foot. Matteo was a helpful and friendly host, highly recommended!
