Enrico's place is a gorgeous place. This is a renovated cottage with all amenities. Very spacious stays, with very high ceilings, in a house decorated with great taste and detail. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom super practical. The mattress is very comfortable and at night in the room and the living room was in a cool, aromatic breeze. All the windows have mosquito nets so you can open without fear. The plot is very extensive, and has different spaces. Among them, the pool, which on being covered made the water always perfect for taking a bath. A cool place, where we would definitely repeat.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 "Stunning house, perfect for large groups" The house is huge and incredibly well equipped, something I had never seen in a rental home. It has everything: rice cooker, air fryer, two barbecues, two coffee makers, silverware, cups and glasses as for a regiment, and even dishwashers. It is evident that the owners use it at least in seasons, but that does not affect the available space at all, which is more than enough. For putting a little pega, 4 of the beds are children's bunk beds, which is not ideal if you are all adults (as in our case), but we talked to Laura, who told us that they already plan to change them. By the way, Laura is lovely and super attentive! In short, a fantastic experience. Fully recommended for families or large groups looking for comfort and feeling at home.

It was a very pleasant stay! It is a cozy home and ready for fun and an entertaining weekend with friends! The hosts very kindly welcomed us and explained everything we needed about the house. In addition, they were very flexible regarding the entrance and exit of the house, which we really appreciate. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the kitchen and its utensils.

The taxi from the airport drove us straight to the address, so no problems there. I had forgotten to liaise with Maria regarding our arrival time so we had to wait to be let in! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The house was lovely along with the pool/jacuzzi & surrounding areas. It was clean with great air conditioning. Maria provided pool towels on request. Maria shows you all around and gives The necessary instructions, for the language barrier we used a translater app on our phone. We were a party of 10 so did not bother to hire a car. Maria gave us the local taxi number. The only comment/suggestion is… I know it’s self catering but I would of gladly paid for a welcome pack containing the essentials for example bread.milk.tea sugar.butter etc to get you by for the day of arrival. If the taxi is busy or the supermarket closed or you have a late flight you are going without. Nothing is within walking distance, though not far by car/taxi. All in all we loved it and would definitely recommend a stay

Antonio is a very friendly person and responds promptly and correctly. The only thing that we put all the people we have been there is that the beds are uncomfortable and a little old. But the house is very big, it has everything you need and plenty of bathrooms.

We spent Christmas as a family and the house allowed us to enjoy the good weather during the day (Christmas food outdoors ) and all get together around the fireplace at night for a game of Dixit. The views of the garden and the south mountain range during the sunset were spectacular. The kids have enjoyed playing among the orange trees. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals to a large group. The kitchen and the renovated bathrooms, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Cecilia was always attentive to our messages and we didn't miss anything. We'll be back for sure.

My family and I love each other, the house meets all the incredible requirements!! A wonder to spend time as a family and we will definitely repeat again, amazing how big it is, the rooms feature air and heating, the game room is a pass and the great dining room!! I definitely recommend it 100% and also give thanks to Marcelo who helped us with everything and was very helpful and very kind to all of us!! We'll be back soon 😍

Great place. Far from the neighbors, so even when you're balancing, it doesn't bother anyone. Getting there was good. We were waiting for us even though we were after midnight because the flight was late. The host was very kind and helpful - we had to go to the hospital and got full support - the lady went with us!! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to the sea. The house has absolutely everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen: plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, etc. Spices, coffee, tea sugar, olive oil, etc. We received scones, milk, and juice when we arrived, which was very useful due to the late arrival. It comes with everything: washing machine, dishwasher (and detergents for them!), microwave, coffee mocha, toaster or blender, etc. !!Very comfortable mattresses to sleep on!! Cotton and linen bedding! Very much space to sit outside. Pool is clean. Some kids toys, so they weren't bored. Overall, the trip was great. I recommend it with all my heart.

A well located casita for mountain tourism. Very welcoming, with everything you need to disconnect... The hostess was helpful at all times... We will definitely repeat it!!!

We went to celebrate Christmas Day as a family and it was what we were looking for. A large, approachable, and very pretty space. Lots of outdoor area and a very cozy interior. Everything you need to spend a few days with your family in a perfect setting and close to Cartagena. We'll be back for sure.

The place is beautiful and very spacious, had everything we needed. The surroundings of the house offer a great view and the location is perfect. We are very satisfied with our stay.

We rented the Villa for a week for a relaxing family summer vacation. The Villa provided exactly what we were looking for with three en suite bedrooms and extra room for the kids. The swimming pool, terrace and lawns were the real treasure and we spent most of our vacation just relaxing outside. The house was more spacious than the pictures show and the AC and WiFi worked great. We found the location great between Elx and Santa Pola where we enjoyed the marina for dinner and boat rentals. Jorge and Tina would stop by to tend to the house, pool and gardens and they were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to families or close groups.

Just spent a blissful few days at Louis’ place. Beautiful villa with amazing views. Really appreciated the clear directions given and checking in was a breeze. We picked Pomegranates and lemons from the tree! The pool was a bit cold but it’s late October and it didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Simon was a legend, full of knowledge about the local area and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back, this place is magical.

Wonderful cosy and quirky traditional house, lovingly decorated with lots of beautiful details. We stayed in January and the house felt quite cold when we arrived, but Maria left lots of logs for the woodburner and it warmed up quickly. We particularly loved that there was everything you need for cooking a meal, including oil, vinegar, spices, stock cubes etc. The place is just a few steps from the central square (not that anything is far in Sella!) with a small shop and a Bar/Restaurant. Maria was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check-in so that we did not have to leave our luggage in the parked car when we arrived. All round one of the nicest AirBnB places I have ever stayed in - highly recommended!

Thank you David, for allowing us to spend a weekend of 10! The house had everything you needed to be comfortable; the views are wonderful both night and day, and above all privacy. We decided to choose this place to rest and disconnect with the family, despite being very close to where we are, it turned out to be a complete success. The pool, quite spacious for all of us, so we made a lot of advantage (until the last moment). Highlighting David's kindness and attention, he was always attentive to our messages; and he was even very flexible at the time of the house's arrival and departure. We already miss the good nights of the barbecue and pool, so we'll be back very soon!😊

It was the second time we stayed and it has again met our expectations, incredible weekend. has everything you need to relax and enjoy with your family. It's despite the weather we were able to enjoy the pool and the bbq. If you have any issues, they resolve it super quickly. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We had a lovely stay. The house was cosy and clean, and we could enjoy the sun in the garden.

The house is very well-kept, it is a typical country house with renovated bathroom, the wide pool and the porch area is ideal, many chairs and hammocks and a large table. There is quite a bit of space for cars and barbecue. Adolfo is an excellent host, he responds quickly and is very nice. We didn't have any problems with the opposite. It is a far away house that is attached to the road but hardly cars pass by so there is no noise the only thing to buy something if or if you have to take the car but without problems.
