Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Cathedral City

We had an amazing stay at Vince’s place! The home is beautifully retro, cozy, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The huge new hot tub and pool were incredible for unwinding, and the yoga room was a perfect bonus for a little morning stretch & meditation. The location was perfect for exploring Joshua Tree, and the unique style of the house added so much character to our trip. Vince was an outstanding host—communicative, attentive, and quick to address any questions we had, ensuring our stay was seamless. It’s clear he puts a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for his guests. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Jina was a wonderful host, very communicative and kind, and the house was in perfect order and easy to find, easy to access, and stocked very well. We booked rather last minute and Jina made sure our stay was great. Our kids were very comfortable and the location is perfect, so close to the Zoo and the Civic Center, and Casuela's Cafe is 4 minutes down the road. Thank you for everything, Jina!

This place is amazing! I booked this property for a weekend getaway for a large group of my friends and it did not disappoint! The place is even nicer, more spacious and cuter than the photos in my opinion. It is on a private, yet not too secluded lot, fenced in (great stay for dogs!) and feels very safe. The hot tubs and pool worked great and we had no trouble using them (hot tubs can be finicky). Randi was extremely responsive, a great communicator and very understanding when we chatted about my groups goals and plans for this weekend in advance. The place is really conveniently located between the DT 29 palms area and also joshua tree viewpoints/trails. It’s perfect. In general my group had an amazing time without any issues and getting into and “checking out” of the house was extremely easy and the demands were very reasonable.

We rented this home for a family Christmas Vacation. Living in the desert many years ago we wanted to experience the desert once again at Christmas. The home was decorated for Christmas with even a small tree. Our family enjoyed the space along with the pool and spa.

Had a great stay at this fantastic house. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and outside area. Great amenities. Everything was very clean. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Palm Desert inside a gated country club. We found the home to be spacious and appreciated the layout, the vaulted ceilings, rear courtyard and front patio as well as two separate full bathrooms. The home was clean and comfortable. While we were there, the weather was particularly hot and as someone who appreciates being on the patio, I was grateful that the patio is consistently in the shade. There are a variety of pools with differing temperatures, to suit a variety of tastes, and each has a hot tub! Overall this was a great central place to stay while site seeing around greater Palm Springs and communities a little to the south.

Brittany was very responsive and flexible to our changing plans. The house was just as described and we felt right at home. A couple light bulbs were out but that was it!

Went during Stagecoach Festival. Troy was great from the start. Answered any questions immediately. We had friends staying at the JW Marriott resort. Our spot was less than a 5 minute walk to them. It was nice to have a real kitchen aka full size refrigerator & a huge bath tub )& separate shower. I would absolutely stay there again!

James was both quick and clear with his communication. As it is part of the Marriot Resort there appeared to be a number of amenities although we admittedly didn't take advantage of them as we were in the Palm Springs area for the tennis. It is only about a 10-12 minute drive to where the Indian Wells Tennis tournament is held which was perfect for us! All in all a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Such a peaceful area. We loved the neighborhood and the pools. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, lots of privacy and nature - you can hear the frogs at night. Planning on returning again and I would definitely recommend this as a nice get away.

The best airbnb I have ever stayed at! Gorgeously decorated and they had everything needed for… well… EVERYTHING. Card games, cooking supplies, coffee, mugs, all utensils and supplies to make drinks! As well as all the lounge areas necessary to take in the peace and quiet out in the des. Very private with unobstructed views of the hills and sunrise. We got amazing views of the full moon while we were there. I could not give this airbnb a lower rating if I wanted to.

We loved staying at La Luna. It's that perfect mix of feeling like you're in the middle of the iconic JT desert, while still being within a ten minute drive to stores and restaurants. We didn't get to use the bathtubs because of the cold weather, but plan to come back for it! Dez was communicative when a few things were missing from the cabin and dropped them off in a timely manner. A lot of nice design touches and cozy beds!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a good home base; close to town and the park. We liked the record selection for the record player. Nice kitchen and appliances with everything needed to cook a meal. The only thing we missed was an electric water kettle (not a necessity, just something we’re used to), but there is an old school stovetop water kettle. The heaters worked well in every room for cold evenings, which we appreciated. The jacuzzi was a nice treat every night, and stargazing was lovely. One little thing to note is that the TV is tiny; just something to be aware of if you plan to watch movies at night.

This airbnb is heaven!!! The sunset on the Astro bed was magical! The night sky was majestic. My vocabulary will not do justice to how amazing this place is! Susan is very friendly and responsive. I feel grateful that she chose to list this property on airbnb so we had a chance to live here. I would chose to live here a hundred times over. The cabin itself is pretty small but it has everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is unbeatable though.

The house was lovely. A quaint desert retreat! The kitchen was stocked with enough tools to cook adequately, and the hot tub was great. The shower was very small but very cute and manageable. Thanks!

Such a beautiful cozy desert cabin! The host Syed was accommodating and extremely hospitable. Instructions were clear and easy to navigate, the cute cabin was absolutely spotless with all the necessities you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with the incredible view and grilled an amazing dinner on the BBQ! Awesome place, we will be back for sure!☺️

Great location- 10 minutes to the two northern entrances to Joshua Tree National Park. Less than 5 minutes to a grocery store. The bed was comfortable, hot tub perfect. There are two beds in the house but only 2 chairs at the kitchen table and the kitchen is very small so difficult to prepare meals. I’ve stayed at plenty of Air Bnb’s and this house had the fewest selection of cooking amenities. No oil, seasonings, nor aluminum foil. I’m glad that I brought the seasonings that I needed for my meals. The bathtub was nice but I had to be careful getting in and out of it since there is no safety bar. I’m not that old but, since I have a tricky back, I have to be careful about slipping. Overall, I’d be happy to return to her house.
