The apartment is super lovely, just like in the photos. It’s located in one of the nicest and most central areas of San José. Very safe, highly recommended!

This was our second time staying at Pablo's apartment, and it looks even better in real life than in the photos! we spent five weeks there while waiting for the birth of our baby and during the early postpartum period. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It’s located on the 30th floor and has a private balcony with a lovely green view. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dining table that was also a great spot to work on the computer. The only downside was that there wasn’t an oven. The shower was a lifesaver during labor, with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms and living room also have blackout curtains-was especially great for our baby Close to Sabana Secret, we discovered an amazing Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Yummy, where we became regulars Pablo was super responsive and made sure we were taken care of.

It's was good, the building is very nice

Can't really rate the apartment we booked because we stayed in a different apartment due to an emergency with a guest staying in the apartment before us. Despite the inconvenience, the management company placed us in a bigger apt which was much appreciated! The space suited our needs for the one night we were in town before catching a flight the next morning. Really like the walkability of the neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and a market.

This apartment is in the URBN Condo complex, which is where I stay in Escalante. It is a great location in the cutest neighborhood. The building is very secure and safe. The apartment is super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom lighting and water pressure was great, just missing shower shelving. The pictures show the living room with a couch, chair and ottoman...but the chair and ottoman were gone and replaced by a dining chair, so it wasn't as comfortable as we had expected. Also, there was none of the patio furniture shown in the picture. The only downside with URBN is that the traffic and train noises are pretty loud, so it can disrupt sleep. Regardless, I would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience! Smooth check-in at the front desk (Spanish and English). The apartment was comfortable, clean, and has a good location, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our personal highlight was the amenities - a great gym with modern equipment, a fantastic co-working space with an amazing view, and a heated pool.

Carolina’s place was exactly as described and a great place to stay before our flight home the next day. Also, we so appreciated Carolina letting us check in early, and it was nice to have a kitchen in the evening as opposed to staying at a hotel near the airport. I would definitely reccomend!!

The place charms me a super safe area, easy to access and proximity to many places through Uber. The apto is as shown in the super comfortable super cute pictures. I would recommend it to a mil!

Nicely decorated, centric location, great views

My family and I had a great time at Esteban’s place! The view was amazing! We traveled with 2 kids under 4 so we appreciated being able to cook in the kitchen. As another reviewer mentioned, traffic can be a bit nosy at night but using white noise drowns out the majority of the noise and we slept peacefully. There are many great restaurants near his place within walking distance. There’s also a little shopping mall with a grocery store close, too. Esteban was great to communicate with and provided excellent recommendations. We will stay with Esteban again on our next trip!

Safe and central place, suitable for the whole family

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The sunsets were nothing short of magical—definitely a highlight of our stay. Carolina was the best host we could have asked for—she was incredibly accommodating and attentive and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here

we had an incredible stay with our 3 year old. she loved the pool and the park was so great! they even have a fenced dog park! We felt extremely safe. the neighborhood looks pretty cool with a couple of bars and restaurants, and a great grocer that they recommended to us, that had tons of vegan options for us when we didn't have time to drive too far. Communication was incredible and they were super helpful and prompt to respond. The home itself was beautifully decorated and furnished and had EVERYTHING you could need. felt like an upscale hotel. was very clean as well! They are still doing some construction on surrounding homes, but it really wasn't that bad at all. we loved being able to walk around the gated community at night. super ssafe and quiet. Great views as well. Just the perfect stay. Will definitely return!!

Our stay at this house was nothing short of fantastic! We came to San Jose to have a baby and stayed here for 3 weeks. The property was immaculate and the surrounding area was nice and safe for our family. The house was incredibly spacious for family of 6. Everyone had their own space. The yard and pool was great for the sunny afternoons and we enjoyed walking around the gorgeous neighborhood everyday. Shell and Monica were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This was the perfect property for us and we look forward to staying there again in the near future. The stay at mays was amazing well spent vacation will recommend the stay… mays was well helpful at every time

This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. The rental team staff were extremely responsive and helpful. That being said, the listing is not clear on a couple things. It says there is air conditioning....but there is only 1 air conditioner in 1 of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. The window/doors do not have screens, so if you leave them open for cool breezes, bugs can fly inside. The listing does not mention the extremely loud train that runs right behind the house Monday thru Friday. The train goes by several times each morning starting at 5:30 am and blows its horn 3-4 times as it crosses a nearby street. The house even shakes a little. It will wake you up, so no need for an alarm clock.

Definitely would return if staying in San Jose. What stood out to me the most was how responsive, respectful and welcoming Dominique and Erik both were! Also how safe the area and condo was. Highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Also very close to many great restaurants, parks and the market.
