J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement! L'hôte était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours prête à donner des conseils et à s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement était non seulement impeccable, mais il était aussi décoré avec soin, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent à vivre une expérience authentique, agréable et paisible. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

Moderne und gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche und Bad in zentraler Lage zum Stadtkern. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - nochmals vielen Dank für alles und gern auf ein Wiedersehen. Leider kein direkter, kostenfreier Parkplatz an der Wohnung.

Magnifica la terrazza . Nelle giornate limpide vedi le Eolie e splendidi tramonti sul mare. La casa è comoda, attrezzata e pulitissima. E Franco è una persona affabile e gentilissima, ci tiene a far sentire i suoi ospiti a casa e ci riesce.

Die Unterkunft von Rachael in Pizzo ist super, wirklich das am besten ausgestattete AirBnB in dem wir je waren. Es gab nicht nur alles übliche, sondern außerdem Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Handtücher für den Strand, eine Kühltasche, Wäscheklammern, Kartenspiele und Reiseführer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber war. Rachael war auch super nett, einfach zu erreichen und hat uns einen Tipp fürs Abendessen gegeben der goldwert war (Chilli Pepper). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmal an Racheal:)

Ottimo appartamento, molto curato e attrezzato in tutte le necessità. Le camere spaziose tranquillamente per sei persone, locali ampi e comodi compreso il terrazzo grande compreso di barbecue. Pulizia totale in tutti gli spazi dell'appartamento soprattutto il bagno. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, comodi i parcheggi volendo anche all'Interno della proprietà. Un grazie sincero e sentito alla proprietaria per la disponibilità anche per risolvere ogni piccolo problema. Molto attenta alle nostre esigenze informandosi personalmente che il tutto funzionasse al meglio.

Smooth check in, host always responded quickly, the apartment was very clean, exactly like on the photos, nice view from the balcony, lovely beach which had both enough sun and shadow spots throughout the day, and in the period of our stay there were hardly any other people, therefore very calm and chill beach experience, perfect for a relaxed stay. The apartment had convenient private parking and with the car it is very close to Pizzo centre. The wifi did not always work well for our devices in the apartment but everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay very much! would recommend and book it again!

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda, quasi adiacente al lago. Bar, supermercati e ristoranti, si trovano a poca distanza dalla struttura e facilmente raggiungibili. Il sig. Luigi è una persona molto disponibile. Appartamento comodo, pulito e ben attrezzato. Si consiglia il soggiorno.

A beautiful, spacious apartment just minutes from Lamezia Terme airport, with a pizzeria right below the apartment. Everything was beautiful, and very well maintained. Our host was warm and accommodating, especially when we had to check in later than anticipated. I would definitely recommend the lodgings. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, although there is construction on the road (as of April 2025), which limits the walkability a little.

The view is amazing! Albi was a great host and breakfast was a nice treat.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato. La comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice e veloce, sempre disponibile e gentile. La zona era tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi. Un’esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista – lo consiglierei sicuramente e tornerei volentieri!

Carlo is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten problemlos die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

Precioso lugar en el que descansar y reponer fuerzas. Anfitriones que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El desayuno es espectacular y vale mucho la pena probar toda la bollería y mermeladas caseras. Cafés riquísimos y naranjas recién cogidas del árbol. Definitivamente uno de esos lugares a recomendar.

Siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno . Un bell’appartamento tranquillo e silenzioso nel verde, richieste accontentate per quanto riguarda la presa in prestito di utensili da cucina che l’host ci ha gentilmente dato, comodità della posizione per raggiungere Tropea e dintorni (ovviamente con la macchina, dato che la casa affaccia sulla statale). Host gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile e reperibile. Vivamente consigliato

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

Un bel et spacieux studio donnant sur une cour intérieure au calme.Dans une résidence paisible. L’appartement est bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La literie est de bonne qualité, la salle de bain est magnifique avec une belle douche à l’italienne. Merci à Alberto pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Dal momento che siamo arrivati al momento che siamo partiti, Alessandro è stato un host assolutamente fantastico. Al nostro arrivo, ci ha accolto personalmente, aiutandoci con i bagagli e facendoci fare un tour del suo splendido appartamento. Ci ha anche fornito ottimi consigli per la colazione e le spiagge vicine da visitare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, Alessandro è stato prontamente disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ogni volta che gli abbiamo inviato un messaggio. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da spiagge meravigliose, ha una vista incredibile sul mare e una grande terrazza che era perfetta per guardare il tramonto o per prendere il nostro caffè al mattino. Non vediamo l’ora di prenotare di nuovo questo bellissimo appartamento!

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

La stanza è stupenda, con una meravigliosa vista mare e molto confortevole. Chiara è stata estremamente disponibile e flessibile, anche per quanto riguarda il check-in e gli orari. Sicuramente tornerò in estate per poter godere appieno anche del bellissimo terrazzo panoramico e della piscina. Esperienza super consigliata!

Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen über die Umgebung gegeben. Blick vom Balkon auf dem Stromboli, die wunderschönen Pflanzen und der Sonnenuntergang waren atemberaubend. Wunderbare Strände in der Umgebung. Es war einfach alles wunderschön.🤩

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.
