This place was peaceful, private, and beautiful! The outdoor terrace was phenomenal and had a great view of the ocean. Franco was helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He drove me to the train in the morning. I would stay here again!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Great apartment, very well maintained and equipped for all your needs. The rooms are spacious and quiet for six people, large and comfortable rooms including the large terrace with barbecue. Total cleanliness in all the spaces of the apartment, especially the bathroom. Quiet, peaceful area, convenient parking if you want even inside the property. A sincere and heartfelt thanks to the owner for her availability to solve even the smallest problem. Very attentive to our needs, personally checking that everything was working at its best.

Smooth check in, host always responded quickly, the apartment was very clean, exactly like on the photos, nice view from the balcony, lovely beach which had both enough sun and shadow spots throughout the day, and in the period of our stay there were hardly any other people, therefore very calm and chill beach experience, perfect for a relaxed stay. The apartment had convenient private parking and with the car it is very close to Pizzo centre. The wifi did not always work well for our devices in the apartment but everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay very much! would recommend and book it again!

A beautiful, spacious apartment just minutes from Lamezia Terme airport, with a pizzeria right below the apartment. Everything was beautiful, and very well maintained. Our host was warm and accommodating, especially when we had to check in later than anticipated. I would definitely recommend the lodgings. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, although there is construction on the road (as of April 2025), which limits the walkability a little.

Annina and Pietro were great hosts and very helpful. Their apartment is really nice and spacious. We stayed for only one night but could imagine to stay longer.

The apartment is located in the best stretch of the promenade, it is well structured, organized and equipped as a house in which to live all year round. We were very well received by Giovanni and his family, always attentive to meet our requests and provide us with useful tips on the stay. We enjoyed Brancaleone, a very quiet village with a beautiful sea and an archaeological site ("Brancaleone vetus") that is worth visiting, along with the residence of Cesare Pavese and the sea turtle recovery center. For the rest, you can expand your exploration to the historic center of Bova, the enchanting Gerace, the beach of natural pools in Africo (where the advice is to bring a mask to enjoy the beautiful view of the seabed), and go as far as Siderno to find a more organized promenade. Sites that help you discover an unprecedented Calabria full of natural wonders. Thanks for the welcome :)

Really nice stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy and well organized. Communication with the host was quick and easy, always helpful and kind. The area was quiet but comfortable to move around. A positive experience in all respects – I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back!

We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Friendly host, great location, great stay.

A beautiful place to rest and recharge. Hosts who have made us feel like home. Breakfast is spectacular and all the pastries and homemade jams are well worth trying. Delicious coffees and oranges freshly picked from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

We were fully satisfied with the stay . A nice quiet and quiet apartment in the greenery, satisfied requests regarding the borrowing of kitchen utensils that the host kindly gave us, the convenience of the location to reach Tropea and surroundings (of course with the car, since the house overlooks the state road). The apartment is in a very convenient location, almost adjacent to the lake. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are close to the property and easily accessible. Mr. Luigi is a very helpful person. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. We recommend the stay.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

A beautiful and spacious studio overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. In a peaceful residence. The apartment is well arranged, it has everything you need. We recently stayed at Tindara’s Airbnb in Furci Siculo, Sicily, at the beginning of July, and it was a truly delightful experience. The accommodations were perfect, and the location was ideal for our day trips to Savoca, Taormina, and Mount Etna. One of the highlights was having the pool to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Having laundry facilities available was a real bonus. Tindara and her family made us feel like part of their family, offering food and excellent recommendations for local restaurants and our day trips. One day, we enjoyed using the terrace for our own aperitivo, which was a wonderful addition to the accommodations. In the neighborhood, we discovered one of our favorite spots in all of Sicily: Bar Mimmo, which served the best pistachio granita and brioche. We highly recommend staying at Tindara's Airbnb for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly situated experience in Sicily.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

Chiara was very friendly and delegated us well to the accommodation despite the late arrival and responded very flexibly. She gave us several restaurant recommendations on request which were very good. Place was very clean and special. We only had two days stay and definitely recommend Chiara!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
