Modern and well-equipped 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in a central location to the city center. Very friendly and helpful landlord - thanks again for everything and see you again. Unfortunately, no direct, free parking at the apartment.

This place was peaceful, private, and beautiful! The outdoor terrace was phenomenal and had a great view of the ocean. Franco was helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He drove me to the train in the morning. I would stay here again!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Great apartment, very well maintained and equipped for all your needs. The rooms are spacious and quiet for six people, large and comfortable rooms including the large terrace with barbecue. Total cleanliness in all the spaces of the apartment, especially the bathroom. Quiet, peaceful area, convenient parking if you want even inside the property. A sincere and heartfelt thanks to the owner for her availability to solve even the smallest problem. Very attentive to our needs, personally checking that everything was working at its best.

Smooth check in, host always responded quickly, the apartment was very clean, exactly like on the photos, nice view from the balcony, lovely beach which had both enough sun and shadow spots throughout the day, and in the period of our stay there were hardly any other people, therefore very calm and chill beach experience, perfect for a relaxed stay. The apartment had convenient private parking and with the car it is very close to Pizzo centre. The wifi did not always work well for our devices in the apartment but everything else was great, we enjoyed our stay very much! would recommend and book it again!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, almost adjacent to the lake. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are close to the property and easily accessible. Mr. Luigi is a very helpful person. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. We recommend the stay.

A beautiful, spacious apartment just minutes from Lamezia Terme airport, with a pizzeria right below the apartment. Everything was beautiful, and very well maintained. Our host was warm and accommodating, especially when we had to check in later than anticipated. I would definitely recommend the lodgings. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, although there is construction on the road (as of April 2025), which limits the walkability a little.

The view is amazing! Albi was a great host and breakfast was a nice treat.

Really nice stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy and well organized. Communication with the host was quick and easy, always helpful and kind. The area was quiet but comfortable to move around. A positive experience in all respects – I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back!

We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Friendly host, great location, great stay.

A beautiful place to rest and recharge. Hosts who have made us feel like home. Breakfast is spectacular and all the pastries and homemade jams are well worth trying. Delicious coffees and oranges freshly picked from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

We were fully satisfied with the stay . A nice quiet and quiet apartment in the greenery, satisfied requests regarding the borrowing of kitchen utensils that the host kindly gave us, the convenience of the location to reach Tropea and surroundings (of course with the car, since the house overlooks the state road). We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

A beautiful and spacious studio overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. In a peaceful residence. The apartment is well arranged, it has everything you need. Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….

The room is beautiful, with a wonderful sea view and very comfortable. Chiara was extremely helpful and flexible, including check-in and times. I will definitely be back in summer so I can also fully enjoy the beautiful panoramic terrace and pool. Highly recommended experience!

Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us very helpful information about the area. Views from the balcony on the Stromboli, the beautiful plants and the sunset were breathtaking. Wonderful beaches in the area. Everything was just beautiful.🤩

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
