staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and respects exactly the fees described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks also to the large patio with table that can be used for dinners in company. In addition, the house's location is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

Very welcoming apartment. Tidy and clean, equipped with many comforts. Federico is very helpful and accurate. Nearby there were both restaurants and basic shops; convenient location for points of interest such as Roccaraso or Opi/Pescasseroli.

Luigi was kind and helpful, giving us directions and useful references for parking, going to lunch, etc...the house has everything you need, the balcony overlooking the sea is beautiful. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves is a cuddle to live in! We will definitely be back!

Lorenzo's place was aboth welcoming and peaceful. The view to the famous Monte Cassino Abbey was great. There was lots of space and equipment for FreeTime activities. We'd definitely stay there again.
