Let’s start with check in. This might be owned or serviced by a hotel chain, so you have to check in at a hotel and then they assist you via walking to the Airbnb. Parking is a huge plus as there is absolutely no parking in the immediate area. In Europe 4th floor essential means the same as 5th floor in the us, so take that for granted. The apartment was the biggest apartment we stayed in Portugal. Easily the most realistic livable space. It was beautiful. The views were beautiful and the space was tactfully decorated. Would stay again!

This place was spotless and very beautifully decorated. We felt safe and secure in our stay. The location was superb and was very close to many of the must-see attractions in the town. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, secure, convenient and beautiful place to stay. Amazing host!

Pristine modern apartment. High quality furnishings. Amazing bathroom with clean linen. Very easy to find, and surprisingly quiet considering the area. Pedro's place is located in the heart of Coimbra with walkable access to everything you want to see and do. Because of its location in the historic center, taxis had to drop off at about 300 mts from the apartment. This is only an issue if you have heavy suitcases because you have to drag them going up the street snd when you leave down. Also the building does not have a lift. Again this is only an issue if you have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. In our case we were in a third and thanks to Pedro who helped us to carry them up to the apartment. Besutiful apartment with everything you may need for a short or long stay and Pedro was a very attentive and gracious host. We had a great time in Coimbra and if we go back we will stay in Pedro's place only that this time I will not have heavy suitcases. Thank you Pedro!!! We had a great stay!

Could not have picked a better place! Honestly, think he should charge more (shhhh!) so bright, clean, modern and great location! Friendly and helpful - He’s a friend keeper! This is the place you want to stay! No more searching!

Very good and I recommend it

I was supposed to arrive at the train station, and I had three bags, so I was looking for a place as close to the train station as possible, but I booked it because I liked the location and interior of the hotel, and I was really satisfied, and I will book it again next time if it's a trip for 1-2 people. I liked this place, so I booked a place in Porto through 'guestready', and it was also nice. There were several luggage storage facilities near the property, and it was really nice to have two large supermarkets close by in the back alley of the property. There was laundry detergent and a drying rack, and the place was quiet during my stay, so I had a good rest. I walked along the canal from 'Forum Abu Abir' to the mart, did the groceries, and came to the accommodation. However, they didn't give me exact instructions on how to open the door on the first floor of the accommodation, so I had a hard time opening the door in the evening, but the management team responded right away and let me know. You have to push the door while holding the key on the touchpad and then pull it to open. I think it would be nice to inform the guest how to open the door with a video before check-in. And there was a fingerprint on the toilet switch, and there was pink scale on the shower wall, so it would be great if you paid a little more attention to the management.

The place is in a great location! The view is fantastic. The apartment is part of an old and authentic building, but is modernly furnished, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. There is a lovely shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, TV, microwave, oven and a kitchen with a 4-burner stove. And a balcony where you can sit! You will be in the middle of the historical center of Viseu. Guilherme is a very good host, gives tips before you arrive and responds immediately when you have a question. The beds are lovely and the apartment super clean. We stayed there for five days to great satisfaction.

Super recommended! Safe, quiet place; supermarket; pharmacy; medical and dental clinics; road and train station to other cities; easy parking (many spaces) and free of charge. As for the apartment, I felt at home - king bed, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom; impeccable bed and bath linens; top bathroom/bath; a bathroom and everything well modern. Joana's space is very comfortable, everything is clean and new, everything is working. We were there in the winter and we were very warm in the house. The location is great, quiet, close to important tourist attractions and the main services. There's a delicious little restaurant nearby. It was a really great choice!

Tiago was an outstanding host; as long as I asked him something, even not related to the apartment, he immediately responded to us by giving us suitable tips. The apartment is just as described on Airbnb.com; we found it very clean and spotless. I definitely recommend it to a lot.

Space super clean and welcoming, quiet area. Mr. Ricardo was very attentive waiting for us to check in after the agreed time due to an unforeseen situation with our daughter. The house was super well equipped and we were offered coffee for the machine, which we appreciate! I highly recommend it!

Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!
